Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lower Merion Township

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

Great place with good comfort and super puppy friendly.

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

This was my second stay with my husband, dog and adult children at Timber Hall. I love that everyone gets their own room and there is so much space for hanging out. My husband loved the well stocked kitchen for cooking our meals. I loved the proximity to French Creek State Park / Hopewell Furnace and the relative ease of getting into Philly by 422/I-76. Jennifer was kind enough to check on us during a brief power outage and was very responsive to quite a few questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

my fiance & i stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with our old pup max! it looked just like the photos! we had very minimal issues one being that in the yard the one fence is a little short, so we did need to keep our dog on a long lead while out there just because he is reactive & will run if given opportunity. i would also check the yard before letting your pup roam freely because there was some trash & a little bit of glass in the grass. i also believe there may have been some poison ivy in the one corner. dogs are unable to get that, but it can be passed on to humans from their fur. it was very peaceful which was great since our old man is reactive. the house was great, the only issue with the house was that we did need to vacuum off the one couch, but we didn’t mind! we understand that it is pet friendly so a little fur or hair is to be expected. overall, it was great & we would absolutely stay again!

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful. Upon arrival, everything was very clean. The rooms were set up and decorated very nice. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. Patricia gave clear instructions from the beginning. She always responded within minutes. Our stay was perfect. I highly recommend. Pam Hawkins.

Great place to stay if you are visiting this area. This was probably the most clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in, and most are very clean, but this is truly the tops! Very friendly hosts, would definitely recommend to anyone!

I stayed at Liam place during my wedding weekend to have a place where my bridesmaids could get together and spend time together and get ready for the wedding. And i also hosted a dinner for our wedding party on the amazing roof top with great skyline view. Liam and Michael were super accommodating and responsive to any questions i had. I would recommend this place to anyone coming into Philly and want to be close to the city but to not worry about the parking as the street parking around the apartment was easy to find.

Had a great time at Swida’s home, beds super comfy, entire home is clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for 7 of us, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Swida answers messages in a few minutes, made everything easy and straightforward. Thank-you!!

Best recommendation we can give is that on our next visit to Philadelphia , we want to stay at Thomas' location.

I had a wonderful, easy stay at this cute little apartment. Parking was essential for me, as I was in the area for work and had to load and unload my vehicle daily, so that was a huge plus. The place was clean and simple, and the mattress was super comfortable. Also, the location was central to the needs of my business. I would rent this space again.

Great, quiet place to stay!

The apartment was absolutely amazing! Everything was as described and very comfortable. Justin was very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions I had. I am so happy to have found a place so close to where I needed to be and easily accessible to neighborhood restaurants and convenience stores. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Spotless, comfortable bed, and great for our big dog. Great stay!
