Settle into Mar House for a perfect get away, we are located around a 10-15 minute walk from St. Andrews town centre and a 2 minute walk to the East Sands beach which boasts the "Toasty shack" ( locally renowned, and perfect after a stroll along the beach). Of course for the golfing groups, this is perfectly situated for access to all local courses and a great space to unwind and catch up on each others score cards! Free parking in driveway for two cars and space outside house is also free.

This is the most beautiful cottage. As I walked through the door it felt so welcoming and had such great facilities. Everything was spotless and the furnishings, pictures and flooring made the place feel like home from home. The bedroom with a view over the sea was a particular delight. The view was great, the sound of the sea so calming and the bedding was so comfortable. The facilities at the cottage were great and it was obvious that Gillian had thought of everything a visitor might need in the kitchen. She also left loads of very helpful information for visitors and her recommendations for places to eat and shop were particularly useful. St Monans is very quiet and if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay with lots of luxurious touches, this is the place for you. I loved it and could happily have stayed for longer. I would definitely stay there again if circumstances took me to that area.

We had a lovely stay with my elderly parents. It was perfect for their needs. We took the wheelchair along the path to the station pub.. Great beach access for our dog. The hosts messaged me back right away when I had a query. A lovely 4 days.

Great cottage, very well kitted out, lovely touches and the previous reviews on the comfiness of the beds was very accurate. We managed to sit out for breakfast in the beautiful garden. Great location, easy to get around. Would recommend a walk down to Pan Ha and some food in the Harbour masters cafe ( book first) We discovered that we had lost the front door key at 9pm on Friday night. Response was so quick it was so appreciated. We had tired kids and just wanted to go back to the house. We got a replacement key within 20 mins! If they will have us back we would definitely book again 😁

Caroline’s place in Elie was just wonderful! We were celebrating an 80th birthday and having special family time. The place was so well organised and set up for a large family. It was incredibly clean and comfortable and gave us a wonderful stay. Elie was stunning as always! Caroline and Zoe were very helpful to our needs and checked in with us. Thank you all. Travelled as a family of 4 (sons 8 & 10) and the cottage was perfect for catching up with family in the area. The place looks exactly like the pictures and is immaculate inside. Car parking was not an issue, just stopped right outside to unload/load then parked the car round the corner and left it there for the weekend as everything is in walking distance so not required. I would highly recommend if visiting the area and will defo use again 👌🏼

Scots place was beautiful. Lots to do inside and outside. Kids had lot of fun as there were toys scooter and bike. There was colouring books and pens card games kids did not get enough time as we only booked for one night. Scott was kind and he extended our check out. Kids made the most out of it. Not far away from Edinburgh castle which was our holiday plans to explore Edinburgh city. Clean kitchen and toilet and shower. We had everything we needed in the caravan. Thanks Scott for making the one night stay comfortable. You are a star

My 3 sisters and I had a lovely 3 night stay at the hideaway. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the sunny terrace with a glass of wine ! Just 2 minutes from the harbour, pubs and shops and a delicious chip shop. Would highly recommend !
