The stylish residence named Villa Croll, also called Düker Villa in Laufach after the name of the industrialist Düker, is situated in a quiet location near the forest. The villa with 286 square meters of living space offers plenty of space for larger groups, ideal for family reunions, work meetings or joint sports weekends. There are two kitchens, three bathrooms and a guest toilet in the house. A barbecue area, outdoor seating and games are available for young and old in the garden. A party tent can be booked in addition.

The property was formerly the residence of the chemist and industrialist Dr. Auguste Kirchner.
