Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

An external terrace is a quiet retreat, with a shady space, in summer. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard.

The apartment is equipped for 4, max 5 people. The two bedrooms are each equipped with 1.80 m beds. The house is completely renovated. The high ceilings and exposed beams give it a loft-like character. Everything is new, bright and modern. In the bathroom there is a walk-in glass shower.

Unsere grüne Oase bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Hügellandschaft des Steigerwaldes, in der man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wer die Nähe zur Natur und den Tieren sucht ist bei uns genau richtig.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building from 1909 with views of the rooftops of Schweinfurt's old town. In this 40 m² attic apartment with a converted gable and unobstructed views, you will immediately feel at home. It has everything you need for a longer stay or for temporary living. It has a bathroom with shower and a brand new fully equipped, open kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove and dishes.

In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10). Ideal for those who want to get out of the everyday stress and "do nothing - want nothing"!
