Monthly Rentals in Lower Dunsforth

We loved our stay at Meadow Hill. It was secluded and peaceful yet just a short drive to the main road. Jon's instructions for finding the place couldn't have been more detailed and the cottage had absolutely everything we needed. We were sad to leave and would definitely like to stay again when we are next in the area.

We had a lovely little last minute weekend getaway for some much needed peace! Michelle was very helpful with helping us locate the cottage, sending me a clear detailed description of how to find it with many pictures making the check in experience nice and stress free :) the little cottage is so lovely, very well designed and looked after! Plenty spacious for 2 and had everything we needed, and the village was such a peaceful little place! Still had access to shops with a big retail park with everything we needed a 15 minute drive away, and a park and ride that was very affordable for a 20 minute bus ride into York to save on parking expenses. We had a lovely weekend and would definitely come back here when visiting York again! :)

Anna’s property was a home from home inasmuch as the clean , modern facilities provided catered for all of our needs during our four night stay. It is well situated in the centre of Boroughbridge. Safe car parking outside the property was provided. The house was warm and the fully stocked kitchen was exceptional. Wi-Fi was particularly strong and no problems with signal. The house is also in a quiet area just off the Main Street and a good night,s sleep made easy. Eating places in hotels or take away within a few minutes walk a choice of bars likewise. Anna was available for help or information if necessary and responded quickly to any queries. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you Anna.

Lovely stay in Tollerton! Easy to get to York using park and ride and lots of lovely local walks and lovely local tea room and village shop. Walkable pub ‘black horse’ unfortunately seemed shut so worth checking if it’s opened back up. Great clean space with garden area was ideal for us travelling with a baby, our host made space in advance for our travel cot which was really helpful! Thanks for a lovely stay we will be back!! A great peaceful stay with good access to York and Yorkshire Dales
