VERY QUIET AREA BUT ALSO EASILY ACCESSIBLE BY FOOT IN A FEW MINUTES IN THE CENTER OF LOUTRAKI. NEXT TO A VERY GOOD BEACH. ABOUT THE APARTMENT VERY SPACIOUS, BRIGHT WITH A SEA VIEW AND FULLY EQUIPPED..AND WHAT IT DIDN 'T HAVE.. FROM FIRST AID BOX, MATERIALS FOR ROASTING, MACHINES FOR COFFEE, ALL COOKING UTENSILS..REALLY GREAT..AND FOR OUR WELCOME AWAITED COLD CAKES IN THE REFRIGERATOR..THANK YOU VERY MUCH MR. PAYLOS FOR OUR WONDERFUL STAY..WE WILL BE BACK SOON

A homey place with multiple guest rooms, close by on foot to a number of good restaurants. The sea is 2 min walk

Everything was excellent. The house is filled with cozy things; located in the very center of the city, the promenade and the sea are a 3-minute walk away. There are plenty of grocery supermarkets, bars and restaurants, shops with souvenirs and clothes. We were in the car. Parking near the house, easy to find a place and everything is safe. Good internet speed was important for work and remote lessons. Heating with 2 air conditioners, also Aimilia supplied us with an additional electric heater. It was warm enough. We lived here from December to February 9. In general, the climate is quite warm. The midst of harvesting orange and olives. Everything is very green. Palms and cacti grow. If you are by car, it is very convenient to go all around the Peloponnese, see Athens and Delphi. Very beautiful in winter and good time to visit. There is a large terrace and we did a charcoal BBQ a few times. A small disadvantage is a small boiler, you need to wash quickly in the shower, but the water warms up again in 30 minutes. In summer, there are no such problems.

The owner was friendly and helped us with the apartment when we had a problem with another one. The place was spacious, with 2 air conditioners, very clean. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. It was a little bit unclear about water heating, but we solved it quickly with the owner. In the neighborhood there is a dog who barks sometimes.
