Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Location Our apartment (40 sq. m) is located 6 minutes from the city center, in a very quiet area, close to the Health Center. The apartment building is earthquake-resistant and has an elevator. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has a balcony, where there is a table and 4 chairs. The street is big, so there are always parking spaces.
