Good: The property is at a great location and peaceful surrounding. House is spacious and clean. There is a restaurant from where you can order homely meals. Food is very tasty. View is great. Mr. Ravi present at the property took good care of us and catered to our needs. Bad(not a deal breaker though): bathroom floor is slippery, need to be careful, especially for older people. If you rely on restaurant for breakfast then the service starts post 9:30am. Final 500mts of road leading to property is broken. Conclusion: A great place for a staycation with a huge family. Amazing host and their team pampering at the property. A home away from home. Highly recommend for stay.

I love the villa Great place situated in the middle of mountains. Rooms are spacious Only I wasn't happy with the taste & over price of the food ! Food was literally charged like high-five hotel and we were serving food to ourselves most of the time. Cook was also using previously used oil. They cook food in the same kitchen which is inside the villa so everything is noticeable. Improvements- 1. Food taste and price can be matched as per market 2. There is drinking water stored in mud pot which should be cleaned. It has green coloured fungii 3. Previously unused Soap and basic shower amenities can be kept in all bathrooms ! 4. Tea wasn't great literally like watery and too less of milk I requested cook to make it good but no improvements At the last time during our checkout morning, we made tea for ourselves

Fantastic place. Heaven for nature lovers and those who seeking peace away from city. There is mobile network too. However WiFi in common area can be requested. Food is very delicious. For bird lovers this is paradise, one can easily spot blu eared kingfisher, stork billed kingfisher, white throated kingfisher, woodpeckers, swallows , Indian crow pheasant, water hens. Total property is 65 acres approximately which has multiple plantations. Manager Jay can take you for walk around the property which I recommend you should. Overall a must visit place.

I visited lele home with my family including senior citizens during Holi festival & and it was a very nice peaceful stay. The flat is well maintained with all the basic necessities required for a homestay. Well maintained kitchen helped us in making homemade food for our son Location is within city area with many food options and good connectivity for nearby villages I recommend this budget homestay to whoever visiting Chiplun or nearby villages
