Josh was great and allowed some flexible date changes. He always communicated with us. House was great over all!

Home was in good condition, clean and had all the things to make breakfast and dinners. Only issue’s one sink in bathroom need attention, garbage disposal need to be cleaned didn't drain well. Keurig was missing the filter in the water chamber, and kitchen counters need a facelift. Other than those little things it was very accommodating and pleasant And relaxing! Thanks much.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Location location…perfect access to Bentonville by foot, bike, or short drive. Peaceful, well equipped, and roomy atmosphere make this house a great place to stay. Beds are incredibly comfortable and with black out shades we were able to sleep like babies. Plus the added storage of the garage for the bikes or car is a bonus. Big backyard for the pups to run and play too.

At first impression, we were leery of the neighborhood. The house was exactly as described, so we checked in. The neighborhood turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. It was close to areas we were visiting and the back patio was very comfortable. Overall we were happy that we booked there. The fenced yard was great for the dogs

Great newer property with great host. Usable garage, Big TVs and 2 1/2 baths that were very clean were among the many positives. The flexibility to allow a well behaved dog was also a big plus.

Thoughtful amenities, stellar location and perfectly designed house made this rental a perfect choice. We will make this our first choice for any future stays!

place was clean upon arrival ,very cute place enjoyed the complimentary coffee and oatmeal and waters that were provided,the host messaged me the next morning after check in to see if we needed anything would stay here again.

We were visiting Bentonville for the first time and loved the location, garage space (for bikes), bike wash, pool, and hot tub. There was plenty of space for our two families (8 ppl) to sleep and make meals. We appreciated pool towels and coffee/espresso.

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb in Bella Vista, and it exceeded all my expectations. The home is beautifully maintained and situated in a serene, picturesque neighborhood. It’s the perfect escape if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. The interior was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable—I had the best night's sleep! From the welcoming touches to the quick and friendly communication from the host, every aspect was seamless. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. My best friend and I stayed here for our frien-iversary. When we saw the photos and looked at everything Chris was offering, I realized I didn't care if it was over my budget. Of course, i started to doubt myself and wonder if the pictures just looked better and felt anxious. All of that was immediately swept away after stepping foot inside. It feels like home but in a more upgraded, fancy way. Lots of little thoughtful touches and extras were there. We specifically wanted to use the hot tub, unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we ended up using the bathtub upstairs in our swimsuits and still got the same type of relaxing experience of both of us comfortably fitting inside and talking right before bed. In the downstairs bathroom, the vanity area was so fun to get ready in front of together. The dressing room had perfect lighting for pictures. Any time we needed something, and couldn't find it, the host would quickly being it by. Just really blown away. Amazing remodel.

The treehouse was as described. The setting was comfortable. There was a really nice elevated deck and also a covered picnic table. There was a pristine BBQ grill. The description was clear that there was no wifi. As long as you know that ahead of time you will be fine staying here.

Great place and even thought we didn’t need to check in early or have a late checkout I felt like we would’ve been accommodated if needed. Great quiet place

We really enjoyed our stay! I loved that it was secluded and peaceful. The kids loved getting eggs from the chicken coup. I enjoyed coffee and reading on the screened in porch. We also saved some money buying groceries and staying in for breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, the cabin and location exceeded my expectations. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need and was roomy for a family with teenagers. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back and enjoy the lake in the Summer months.

The home is beautiful and wonderfully situated near the city. The home is charming and the hostess is simply the best. Will definitely be coming again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. You are right on the water. The deck was amazing to eat dinner on and relax while reading a book. I was also very impressed by the well-stocked kitchen. We had every kind of pot and pan we could ever need. The kitchen, huge window display, and idyllic deck were the highlights. The location was also conveniently located near a marina where you can rent a boat.

Jack’s cottage exudes a peaceful, simple elegance in a tranquil wooded setting. Jack’s private residence and the cottage are at the end of a cul-de-sac in a lovely subdivision featuring winding roads, rolling hills, large lots and mature trees. I loved having the bedroom windows open at night and hearing nothing until morning when the birds would begin singing. The idyllic setting I just described is an easy 10 minute drive to the center of Fayetteville with shops and restaurants. The interstate is even closer. If I ever find myself in Fayetteville again, I would definitely seek out Jack’s cottage again!

We absolutely LOVED it! This was the perfect weekend getaway. The Chapel was breathtaking and such an amazing experience.
