We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

The house has a covered poolside patio with BBQ and a hot tub on the deck overlooking the garden. The swimming pool is open from May to September. Our circular driveway parks up to 3 cars.
