Great place to stay with a dog. Walkable in the mornings and the side yard is really convenient to let a pet out. Space is very comfortable with nice floors that show some charm and a really useful kitchen. Wouldn't mind living there full time. Host was very responsive on the app and reached out via voice call when I had a question. You can tell the host cares about the space and the clientele!

Billy's place was as described. Very easy instructions for entry and check out. All needed amenities were there and even extras. Accessible to freeway and good location for everywhere we wanted to go. The game room set up was a special enjoyment for my grandsons. Beds very comfortable, decor was eclectic and fun!! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay here!! The house itself was SO cute and decorated beautifully with their work from their store in Madrid. My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and it was so peaceful. This was our second time staying in Madrid, and plan to come back yearly and will be on the lookout for this place in particular. I am also thankful for all of the more organic/clean/non-toxic options and amenities available such as stainless steel pans + utensils, Native bathroom supplies, organic spices, ceramic bowls, cups + plates and no fragrances anywhere!

Loved this little casita--absolutely perfect! Cute, cozy, and tons of very useful amenities. Thomas was also so friendly and helpful! Just loved the stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is a basement apartment located within 20 minutes of Albuquerque yet in a mountain setting, surrounded by Ponderosa Pines. It's minutes away from the ski resort and crest of the mountain with lots of hiking and biking options as well. The unit is tastefully decorated in a lodge theme with plenty of attention to detail. Brad was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

All was as advertised and Jimmy was very responsive to messages.

This home was more than 5 stars. It suited my family well, loved how each bedroom had its own bath, no need to wait on each other. Grandkids loved the indoor pool and everything else was awesome. I will definitely rent this house again when needed. Thank you Aaron & Chantel!!!

An absolutely stunning stay the home is way bigger in person! The amenities next level everyone in our party enjoyed the stay. Also privacy from the other guess while using all the rooms was a pleasure. it’s located 20-25 from all sides of town and many outlets and things to do around. Jared was a great host and gave great recommendations. Already booking my next visit to stay at this home.

The stay was great. We did have problem with the iron not working but i contacted Santiago and he responded by bringing a new replacement.

Extremely clean, very comfortable beds with great linens, the house had everything we needed and communication with the host was easy and punctual. One of the most organized hosts I’ve stayed with providing clear instructions and recommendations.

If you want a nice 2 bedroom house in the airport area, this is perfect. We needed it before catching an early flight and it was just what we were hoping for.

This is a great place to stay! Very quiet neighborhood, private, and it's great to have a garage for your car! The condo is clean, you have what you need, and John is very friendly and responsive. This is my 2nd stay here, and I look forward to staying again next year! Thanks for letting us stay again, John! It is a lovely little home! 😁

ive lived in new mexico for a while but never in albuquerque. ive spent some time there, but staying downtown for a couple days gave me a chance to wander the streets aimlessly with my dog and see some of the streets differently than before. it was good. also cool to watch the street from six floors up. copper st. is an interesting one.

Everything was great! Jeanne and Jim were very attentive in all our communications and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Albuquerque, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well-equipped place with excellent value.

It is very cozy, a graet place to be away from home. We liked our stay at Derrick's place. We would recommend it and get back when staying in town.

Very easy check-in, easy to find. Great location to old town, interstate, local cafes, airport. House was clean and comfortable. Good value compared to other listings in the area. Host was very responsive, would def stay again, thanks!
