It has just been renovated and decorated with simplicity and elegance, with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a kitchen-dining-living room, a large open space with all kinds of details, and a full bathroom. In the same room, you will find the kitchen equipped with everything you need, in case you want to make use of it, a dining area with a table and two chairs, a living area with a comfortable sofa, and a 55" TV. On the second floor, you will find two fully equipped bedrooms, a work area with a living room with a sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a patio to enjoy the tranquility after a day of sightseeing. On the top floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with a comfortable king-size bed measuring 150 x 190 cm and a living room with a sofa bed. You will have access to a patio where you can relax after a day of sightseeing. In addition, the apartment has heating and air conditioning. You can use the entire apartment. No parties or events allowed. Parties are not allowed. No noise from 10 pm to 10 am. No smoking (€50 PENALTY) We offer housekeeping service during your stay for an additional fee. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the unit. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 pm to 8 am
