The apartment is literally everything what an experienced traveller needs and wants. The view is amazing. Sunrises and sunsets at the roof/balcony are wonderful! The house itself is fully equiped and it has everything listed in the description. The place is super-local, which makes it super quiet and perfect for families and people who value peace and quiet. The place has quick access to the highway, so you can very easily reach all parts of Tenerife. The host is very responsive and kind and his housekeeper is very kind and helpful. I have only the best words about this rental and I would recommend it to everyone!

Everything is great, matches the photos and description. A very nice gift from the host was waiting for us on the table. It was very pleasant after the arrival! I definitely recommend it and I think we will come back!

We were hosted very well with small touches, the accommodation is as described. The proximity to the ocean and the roof top are a major asset and we will keep a great memory of our stay at the Puente with the sound of the waves that rocked us in mind. Change of scenery and quiet assured. Thanks again to Betty (the neighbor) for her kindness and availability.

What a beautiful place – we didn't want to leave! I prefer to open the door to the sea in the morning, push the sofa to the threshold and read with a view of the stormy sea. Hardly any traffic, hardly any tourists – we felt almost alone (in May). The apartment was equipped as described. Simple, with a little patina, but totally cozy. In 2 minutes, you can walk to the delicious fish restaurant (reservation recommended on weekends). There was always a parking space available right in front of the house. The TF-1 highway is close but not audible – perfect for exploring the southeast of the island. Two small bathing spots can be reached in 2-4 minutes - great snorkeling in the clear water! The windy east side sometimes brings cool air in the evening and occasionally a rattling of the door or smells from the drain – but that was really the only thing that bothered us minimally. Juan was a very gracious host. Conclusion: We are completely in love with this place!
