Monthly Rentals in Los Angeles River

This place was everything an Airbnb should be. I was in constant contact with the host who always checked on me to make sure i was okay. Extremely clean. Felt very safe behind the gate of the home. The projector was amazing with tons and tons of options on the firestick. Easy to order food and amazon packages. I would stay here again any day. I was honestly sad to leave after my month was up. I will always remember this cute little place as a staple that contributed to my settling in LA! THEE perfect place!!

Noell's place is as described, very private, clean and complete with amenities that one would like to have, we especially liked the kitchenette, it is ready for simple cooking, even provided a welcome snack. If you like using the public transportation, Noell's place is highly recommended as the bus stop is just 2 minutes walking distance. All places you would wish to visit is all accessible by the Metro transportation system, bus and rail. Overall Noell's place is highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience staying at Beth’s loft in the Arts District. The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates the neighborhood’s distinctive character and incredible food options. The loft embodies the artistic vibe of the area, and many of the neighbors are artists themselves, which adds to its unique charm. It’s a great loft and it was perfect for my stay!

We stayed here for 5 weeks, it was very clean and as pictured on the listing. Alex and Daphne were very responsive and helpful during our stay. The unit was clean and we had private access to a washer and dryer which was a plus. We were initially worried about having to street park but it's in a quiet neighborhood and there was plenty of room.
