Vacation rentals with a patio in Los Alcázares

Highly recommended. Clean, comfortable apartment with everything you need. Including beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach is 600 meters directly. Inside the complex there is a real green area and a good size swimming pool. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. The prices ARE VERY AFFORDABLE, the choice is huge and the quality is on the level. The living room is very hospitable and friendly. Reality exceeded expectations. Recommended again. Yuri, Natalia

Great stay, lovely place and well thought out and fully equipped kitchen. We travelled with a 2 year old and literally had everything we would need down to the plates and cutlery for kids. Hot tub was great with a nice garden space. We all enjoyed our stay and would deffos look to book this place again on our next visit

I have no complaints about Paqui's apartment. It was incredibly clean, well decorated, spacious with a large and very nice terrace. We did not lack anything during our stay, and Paqui remained available at any time if needed. Thanks to Paqui and her daughter for their warm welcome and availability.

We had a lovely two week stay at this apartment, very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. WiFi fast and no problems connecting to it, nice washing machine and good hot water and shower. Only small thing was lack of instructions for the electric cooker hob as we use gas at home, this was easily solved with a quick search online. Rudolf was excelent and always available, we recommend this apartment and we have been in many over the years.

Really easy access and location for penthouse. View really is awesome. Enjoyable afternoon sun and sweet sunset on the balcony. Wake up for the sunrise on other side of the apartment bedroom, if you wich. Nice kitchen and fast internet. Gonzalo was polite and responsive host.

Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

Everything was perfect, the house, the hosts…. Everything! We will definitely be back!!!! We felt right at home and the hosts were attentive at all times. A very good experience. Thank you so much!!!!!

Andrés welcomed us upon arrival and offered us the largest part of the house due to the bad weather that was coming so that we would be more comfortable with the kids, and he had brought some blankets in case we needed them. The house is not lacking in detail, there is everything, 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom, brand new kitchen, spacious living room with TV and WiFi with good coverage. A terrace at the entrance and on the lower part a large enclosed patio with TV, kitchen and table to enjoy. In addition, the part that goes towards the pool is covered and has a bbq and oven for pizzas. We were able to enjoy the pool to ourselves and the children fell in love with it. The service was great, the hot water broke down and since Andrés couldn't come, he sent Bartolo who made sure that everything was fixed quickly. The views are gorgeous. The location is divine, away from the town center but close enough to go for a walk. We were very happy and we will definitely be back

Great and charming, very quiet residential area with shopping centers a few km away, the largest mini-golf in Europe and our favorite part, more than 5 golf courses within an impressive 20 km radius. Gordon's kindness and attention should also be noted, making our stay unforgettable, we will definitely be back!!

Great apartment in a fantastic location, everything is close by. Shops, beach, restaurants. short distance to the bus terminal. Good standard with everything you would expect from a modern apartment.

The penthouse is beautiful, with everything you need, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located within walking distance to the beach. The pool just below is great for cooling off and the kids enjoyed it very much. The best part is the terrace! It's what we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, she answers superfast and is attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

We have stayed in the Roda resort many times, but I have to say this is by far the nicest property. The apartment was immaculate, plenty of TV channels to watch in the evening as it was January and a little too cold to stay out and about too late. The bed was the comfiest bed I think I've ever slept in. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Michael and Sue were very prompt at replying to any questions and very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely, peaceful, relaxing holiday, would definitely return.

Cozy 2-bedroom apartment with central location, close to sea and a lot of restaurants. Had everything we needed for our stay, balcony was nice to spend evening on, just small negative thing was northern location and no sun on balcony all day. Private underground parking also nice benefit as well as 2 sets of keys.

Great space and location. Has parking. Big plus.
