the house of enrique is an original house in a beautiful quiet area. from the house you can take the most beautiful walks in the national park. inside it is also with cold days spacious , comfortable and cozy, especially with the fireplace on. Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

The Villa was lovely and had all of the amenities listed, the grounds were spacious and the pool was easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay immensely

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. Beautiful place. Peaceful and private. Nestled in Calblanque, so many nearby places to visit, or you can spend your entire vacation on the property enjoying the spaces. I did not want to leave! Loved it!

This is a great apartment. Very close to the cathedral but on a very quiet side street. A very nice and modern one bedroom apartment with a wonderful terrace, complete kitchen, and top floor so it's very quiet. One hundred percent recommended.

We really enjoyed the perfect pool for a family with small children. The neighborhood is fantastic! It's a beautiful and tranquil setting! There is an aldi that is built 10 minutes walk away, Los locos beach is 15 minutes walk. We enjoyed discovering Torrevieja and were surprised by this vacation destination which is ideal! The beachfront promenade is beautiful with lots of restaurants and shopping! The apartment is very well located and very clean. We appreciated the kindness of our hosts. They are discreet and available quickly. The house is very well equipped and the gardens are well maintained! Our hosts left us a lot of gifts and little surprises when we arrived! They are very attentive! We loved this house! Thanks for everything again!

Mihais apartment was in the right place to explore what Villa Martin has got to offer, the apartment was incredibly clean and spacious and comfortable to stay in, I will definitely be staying again thank you very much.

Maria and her family are endlessly sweet, kind, and helpful with us. The apartment is well equipped, accessible and has a nice view of the sea from the terrace. There are many wonderful beaches on the seafront of Torrevieja. The apartment is separated by a street from the nearby beach. There are also many cultural; leisure; sports opportunities in the city for active relaxation. We were in town for Easter week. Everything was wonderful! The place is beautiful. Super comfortable, there were 12 of us, each with their own room and private bathroom. It's very comfortable, with everything you need to enjoy 4 amazing days. Decoration details that I loved!! We will definitely be back to that place. Leif was very helpful and friendly and was attentive to any issue. He even gave us a late check-out. I recommend this place, especially in summer weather to enjoy the pool, we couldn't because of the rainy weather.

Without a doubt I would go to the house again,the photos do not make it a reality of what it really is ,a super spacious house,with everything of first quality , super comfortable mattresses and above all the attention of Juana de 10,super attentive and flexible at all times,without any doubt when I go to the area I will talk to Juan

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

The villa is exactly as described, open plan and up to date. Everything is available and in good order. Unfortunately one of our group decided (unknown to me) to smoke in his bedroom. Phil respectfully pointed this out, I really hope he was able to air the room and remove any traceds of said person's irresponsible actions. All in all I would highly recommend this villa. One very small point would be to point out that if any of your party suffer from mobility issues, they may find the climb from the road to the apartment challenging. Fortunately that was not a problem for our group.

Such a fabulous villa. Arriving late at night Suzanne was incredible and so flexible with delayed flights. So friendly and will 100% recommend and stay here again if needed.

David greeted us with great kindness, showed us around the house down to every detail, and had prepared many things ahead of our arrival. He gave us wine, croissants, coffee, milk, water and butter, among other things, which was very nice of him. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful garden and a big pool, it's even prettier than the pictures. The area is very quiet, you barely hear any people around, you can sleep by the pool to the sound of birds chirping. We will definitely be coming back, super recommended. Thank you David & Elena!

Lovely 3 nights in this lovely detached villa. Being December it was a little chilly in the evening but the pellet burner worked a treat. The villa had all you needed and would suit a family. We were just 2 people so we just used the downstairs. The village is low key and peaceful as well as being very neat and tidy. There are enough shopping, food and drink options in the village. Would like to return in summer when there’s a bit more life! Thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you.
