Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. On the upper floor there is a large wellness bathroom .You relax in the cozy bedroom with a great box spring bed (180 cm). Welcome to our charming house located in Fellbach near Stuttgart. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay. You have full access to the whole house and garden, not to the garage or the driveway. The house is walking distance to public transport, the bakery, restaurant, spa facilities and nature. Fellbach is known for its vineyards and scenic beauty. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

Schlechtbacher Sawmill

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

Guest room with private entrance

We offer you a lovingly furnished guest room with a separate entrance – ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The room is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, sofa and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small kitchen with basic equipment and a smart TV. The bathroom for private use is located across the hall. You can reach the guest room via your own terrace (6 steps). This is a non-smoking room.

Historic bakery

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

One-room apartment, quiet location

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.
