This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Boulder. It was so comfortable, quiet, and so easy to feel comfortable in. Greg had great recommendations of the area too. Can't recommend it high enough!

Michael’s place was wonderful. We came on short notice to visit our grandmother in the hospital. He even offered an early check in to accommodate us.

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

Mary and Vern’s place was a great fit for our family. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely and comfortable. We appreciated the kids toys and books, as well as the well-stocked kitchenette. The hosts were warm and helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and having driveway parking was definitely a plus. It was a bit tricky to find the place in the dark during check-in, so arriving in daylight might be easier. Just a heads-up -- there’s a dog in the main house you can sometimes hear at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Would recommend for a quiet getaway!

Ryan and Lindsay were very responsive from my initial inquiry to answering any questions throughout our stay. The space was clean and quiet. We did not hear noise from the living area above us. We generally are very low key and like to just putt around and keep to ourselves for the most part. They respected that and made sure we had what we needed at the same time. We appreciate the time we had away to just relax and be in a peaceful quiet place. Thank you!!

Gretchen and Chris were fantastic hosts while we explored the Denver area! The Airbnb was wonderfully comfy, clean, and provided ample amenities to recoup after a busy day of exploring. We appreciated how close it was to the heart of Denver, and that they offered us some fantastic food recommendations. We truly felt at home here— we would come back!

My friend and I had an amazing girls trip! This was in a very cute and safe place/neighborhood. All instructions were given perfectly to get into the unit. Everything you need and more is here for you. The unit is very clean with plenty of room. The vibe is awesome! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend, Thank you ✌️🫶

Great place to stay, Marcia was very kind and warm in all in interactions. She made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible, including expected weather conditions before my arrival. As well as notice of road construction in the area of the home accommodating me driveway parking for extra convenience. I will stay here again while visiting my son that lives in the area. My favorite stay! Loved the neighborhood, peaceful, quiet. Kendra was very welcoming and quick to respond! Jetted tub & a hot tub! Best of both worlds! Sleep number bed was great! Very great Host! And lovely spot!

Christine was an awesome host! Very kind and responsive. You can tell she really cares about the little details. My husband and I stayed a week for our honeymoon and it was the perfect spot. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was peaceful and quiet. Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a clean home-like space with a great host.

Joseph's place was very nice. It was pretty spacious, clean, and was cool while it was hot outside. I think my only criticism was a couple of loud bangs over the bedroom early in the morning, but it wasn't a pattern and is not unusual for a basement unit. They are very friendly and responsive in messages. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay here! I could’ve sat and looked out the windows all day- the view was amazing! Keith was very friendly and responsive to any and everything. We felt so comfortable there and are already planning the next stay! 10/10!

Doreen is an excellent host - she has carefully thought of all things to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - her guest suite is extremely clean and comfortable and outfitted with great amenities . We highly recommend staying with her.

Our stay at Shannon’s Guest Suite was amazing! Not only was it absolutely beautiful, but it smelled AMAZING! The space was so clean that it felt like we were the only people who had ever stayed there. The personal touches she added really made us feel at home and welcome in her space. We travel a lot & this is, hands down, our favorite place & host.

Our stay at Rudy’s was easy and perfect! Easy to get to, very quiet, and very comfortable. The extras he provided like coffee and snacks was appreciated! We would stay here again for sure!
