Comfortable cottage and clean. Cosy enough for 2 people. Everything you need is there for when you need to cook. Friendly host and always responsive if you need her. Third visit for us so that speaks volumn.

We had a wonderful stay in Little Dial. Mark and Nellys attention to detail was amazing. There was a great deal of thought and care that went into creating a truly comfortable space. They made us feel very welcome as did the local pub just perfect. 🤩

A beautiful place to stay, very clean, it looks better than the photos. Fantastic shower. Comfy bed. Great kitchen with everything you could need. Beautiful garden too! Dawn was a welcoming and fantastic host. The location was perfect for us to explore Norfolk. Would definitely recommend and revisit 😁

Litcham is such a beautiful village with all the amenities needed along with a very nice fish & chip shop. Rebecca’s house was lovely. Parking to the rear of the property was very easy. We liked the open plan feel to the downstairs. If there was one thing that Rebecca could do, it would be to change the kitchen floor step, as although clear signs are out ‘mind your step’ it was very easy to forget and on a number of occasions found ourselves tripping down the step. We would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.
