Noel was an incredibly gracious and friendly host, providing us with everything we needed for a great stay in her apartment. The apartment itself is so cozy; we particularly enjoyed the library room and exploring the hundreds of titles Noel keeps there. I would recommend Noel’s apartment to anyone that is making a trip to New Haven.

Great location and stay

The apartment was beautifully renovated, quiet, and comfortable. Its location is ideal, with easy access to shops, cafes, and restaurants, and it's right next to the Aqueduct Trail. Jay was responsive and quick to address all of my questions. We were sorry our stay was so short, but we definitely plan to return for a longer visit!.

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

I have stayed in this apartment for one straight month and I have to say it is very suitable for long-term stays, clean, relatively new, completely furnished and it has everything you need from a place. Moreover, the host, Betty, was always reachable and very supportive. I can't mention any flaw.

a great thank you to Derby who was helpful and valuable in giving us advice, directions and help when we needed it. I recommend this apartment when you want to have a quiet landmark just a few minutes from NYC. Getting to NY is very simple and you have various solutions, we had a great time with NJ Transit app in checking the time of passage of the various buses to the stops very close to the Derby house. Very attentive in making the stay pleasant for its guests and the rest at night in full relaxation after days of visits to the city. I also recommend visiting Union City and New Jersey. We stayed at Liverty Park and enjoyed the beautiful skyline visible in various parts of the City. We stayed with an 8-year-old girl and Derby had a thousand attention for everyone. We loved staying in the apt. Right in the heart of Milford. We could walk to the festivals and restaurants. Apartment was spotless. Great security getting into building. Everyone was available for any assistance. They even had a number you could call after hours for assistance. This is a great place to stay in Milford Ct

Besides being 100 percent accurate to the listing, it were the little details that made this stay exceptional. Snacks, air purifier and even individual cotton swabs. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommended to any and all future travelers

This getaway was very last minute and there was huge importance on it because I needed some time away and because I had never booked an Airbnb before. I wanted to make sure that my family and I were able to be someplace peaceful and have a really good time and Brian’s home provided just that. The stay was so much more than we expected and Brian was absolutely amazing. He’s super responsive and accommodating. Hoping to stay here again in the near future!

Hope was hands down the most communicative and thoughtful homeowner I've ever had the pleasure of being hosted by. She had every possible concern already considered and ready to address, and she was extremely understanding of case-by-case needs unique to the current guests. I will most likely be finding time to stay at Hope's property again, as she was caring from start to end, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, comfortable property to spend one-or many- nights at. We enjoyed a beautiful early spring stay on the farm with a group of 7 ladies, gathering for a chill bachelorette weekend in Cold Springs. The farmhouse was super cozy; great for cooking, crafting, games, tea time, outdoor wine picnics, star gazing at night in the hot tub and making friends with the chickens! A great retreat spot for groups with all the amenities!

Had a great stay here! The house is clean, spacious, cute and comfortable. The hosts are very easy to communicate with, and went out of their way to be accommodating. I definitely recommend it.

Troy’s place was awesome. We took advantage of the hot tub every night! We took a lot of day trips to Newport and to Westerly. We will have to come back in the summertime next visit!

Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

The space was very clean and perfect size for a group of 5. We enjoyed spending time at the apartment, in Manhattan, & nightlife in downtown Jersey City. It was great to have an off-street parking spot at night & we felt very safe in the space. However, there is limited street parking during the day & Jersey City itself doesn’t feel very safe (as a group of women who have never been before). Overall though we enjoyed our stay, thank you Erika!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect for everything I needed, and I felt right at home the entire time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot to relax and unwind.

This villa is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Though in a condo complex, the villa itself felt private. The villa is just a few minutes walk from the clubhouse, which has a jacuzzi and pool (open in summers), and the Norwich Inn. We did not get to go to the clubhouse, but the Inn had a great spa and restaurants. The villa is also a 5 minute drive from Mohegan Sun and is accessible via Uber. The fireplace made the villa very cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing little spot next to the beach ⛱️. The host were super sweet and very responsive to any issues we had. It's just as pretty as it looks in the photos. I had an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
