It is a short walk (a half mile) to Huntington village where there are many great restaurants, bars, and shops, plus the Paramount Theater. This stylish comfortable place is clean, cozy and quiet. Welcome to Loft 36. A modern *private upstairs apartment* in a safe residential Long Island Neighborhood. Spacious and fully furnished with a private keyless entrance. Centrally located in the heart of WEST BABYLON. We are a quick trip to Babylon Village shops, bars, and restaurants, Tanger Outlets, Jones Beach, Robert Moses, and Marina Beaches. Ferries to Fire Island also close by. About an hour drive to New York City via nearby expressway or a 65 minute railroad ride.

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Imagine waking up every morning to beautiful unobstructed ocean views and ending your night with a drink in hand watching the sunset. If you’re lucky, you might see some whales or dolphins breaching in the water right off our private beach. We would love to host you for your Montauk beach getaway.

This apartment is our guest room with outside private entrance and off street parking. Apartment has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Queen bed and a twin pullout couch bed is provided. The place is appropriate for a short stay as an affordable alternative to hotel stay.
