Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in London Borough of Croydon

My Mum and I consider Richard and Lissey our favourite AirBnB hosts of all time! They did everything we could have imagined to make us feel welcome and at home. It was an absolute delight to stay in their beautiful home which is full charm and character; even the floors made a positive and lasting impression on me! Staying with Richard and Lissey the night before our flight and on the day of our return flight made for perfect bookends to our trip. Thank you for ALL you did for us at every step.

Marvelous, Fantastic and Amazing Der Hausflur täuscht… das was einen im zweiten Stock erwartet, ist ein wundervolles Kleinod in London. Es gibt ein gutes Frühstück, einen guten französischen Kaffee, einen morgendlich gut gelaunten Gastgeber, der gerne Auskunft gibt und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Wer auch das ein oder andere geschichtliche wissen möchte, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Die Busverbindung ist super, die Restaurants in der Nähe preiswert und auch hier sind die Menschen sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

The house is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Breakfast is great, and we were able to use the guest living room and dining room when we needed to. Most importantly though, Patty is a wonderful person and the reason, above all else, I'd recommend staying here. All in all, absolutely fantastic :)

We had a fantastic experience at Anne’s flat in London. The location was perfect—set in a charming neighborhood with lots of cute cafes and just a short walk to beautiful Battersea Park. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Anne was a wonderful host—responsive, kind, and so sweet. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting London!

Sally and Chris were lovely hosts. Beautiful home, comfortable room, helpful with laundry, luggage, everything. Down the road on Greens Lane is the closest you can come to being in Turkey without actually being there. Great connection to many other places via Piccadilly Line.

We have a great time staying at Louisa’s gorgeous family home - it’s in a quiet neighborhood perfect for families and walking distance to cute cafes, shops and parks. The house is beautifully styled and very spacious, we had our best nights sleep here and would highly recommend!

It had been my third stay with Geraldine and I have nothing but praise : ) you get your money's worth, the room is comfortable and the area is super peaceful and safe. If you treat the place and the host with respect, you will get it right back! Never had any issue and even during the colder months, there is strong heating (just close the door so the heat doesn't escape) and extra things like a portable heater etc. at your disposal. Location wise it's not completely central, but I think you get the safety of the area in return and from what I experienced, the district line seemed to be one of the more reliable tube lines anyway. Definitely worth every penny!

Wow! What an AMAZING stay. I really cannot thank the lovely Shasca enough for her hospitality, she is the most welcoming and gracious host and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The room itself is gorgeous.. super bright and clean. With a fully operational kitchen, clean bathroom (with amazing water heating for showers!!!) and fantastic location, I really couldn’t ask for more. The recommendation of falafels from a nearby restaurant was icing on top of the cake. After such an amazing stay.. safe to say I think I’ve found my go to place to stay when in London. Thanks so much Shasca!! Hope to see you and your lovely husband soon!!

Easy to get to. All the basics covered. Shared bathroom. Easy to get to and parking available outside the property. Perfect for when I was on my course. Colin is an excellent communicator.

A very pleasant host and easy to talk to on a number of different subjects. Maria was well travelled and cultured.The house is a six or seven minute walk from Hendon Thames link which is very handy picking the train up at St Pancras.The Number 83 bus stops outside the station and connects with Hendon Central where shops, takeaways and Restaurants are located.There are good bus connections to Kingsbury and Wembley and in the other direction Edgware. The Northern line goes to a number places of interest including the vibrant Camden Town which I visited

Das Zimmer, das Phyllis anbietet, befindet sich in ihrer Privatwohnung, hat aber ein eigenes Bad. Sehr angenehm. Sie befindet sich zwischen Trafalgar Square und dem Themse-Ufer (Embankment) - zentraler geht's kaum. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen! Phyllis ist eine überaus interessante, sehr agile, engagierte und weit gereiste Frau. Das Frühstück mussten wir zwar selbst zubereiten, aber sie stellte alles zur Verfügung, was das Herz begehrte. Für unsere Ausflüge gab sie uns jede Menge Informationen und hilfreiche Tipps. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei der besten Gastgeberin, die man sich in einer fremden Stadt nur wünschen kann!

Chris et Leroy sont des hôtes très attentionnés et réactifs. Leroy vous donnera de très bons conseils quant aux visites à faire et sur le trajet pour rejoindre les activités. C'était notre 2ème séjour chez eux et comme pour la 1re fois, tout a été parfait. Nous les recommandons!

Wir waren 5 Nächte bei Kathrine. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bad war gut und das Frühstück lecker. Kathrine ist/war eine top Gastgeberin, immer wieder!! Die Hunde waren super lieb und brav. Wenn wir nochmal nach London reisen würden, dann immer wieder gerne bei Ihr. 5 von 5 Sternen.

This was my second stay in Alex’ home. I felt comfortable, at home and I liked the area so much the first time that it made sense to stay there when I returned. I felt welcome and my hosts (including their dog, Dilly) were always friendly, helpful and engaging. I enjoyed staying here.

Si quieres alojarte en una auténtica casa inglesa con una anfitriona más que adorable este es tu alojamiento! La casa no está súper centrica pero el barrio es muy bonito y duermes como un bebé ;). IMPORTANTE para la anfitriona, leed bien el anuncio que ella cita (el baño está en un piso superior al dormitorio y la ducha tiene muy poca presión), pero pagaríamos mil veces de nuevo por estar en esta casa tan especial antes que algo con más comodidades. Jane te hace sentir como en casa y si eres una persona a la que le gusta compartir vivencias es más que un placer pagar la experiencia de cenar con ella! No puedo decir más, nos hemos alojado en la casa de mis sueños.

Best Airbnb host I’ve ever had! Manuela is so welcoming, helpful and treats you like her own family. The room was large, full of natural light, and Manuela made it very comfortable for my three month long stay.  I would happily stay here again and recommend anybody to book.

This was my third stay here and I had a fantastic time, as always, in this cosy and well kitted-out space with everything you need and then some! The included midnight snack/breakfast spread was amazing and plentiful, and I also appreciated the kind note welcoming me back. It is private with a lovely garden area to sit out and have a meal, plus it's close to a high street, a park, multiple grocery options, and so much more. This spot is an absolute gem -- I now book my London trips around the days Tamila's place is available! Thanks for a lovely stay! ❤️

War zu zweit ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Uns waren die getrennten Schlafmöglichkeiten und die Ruhe wichtig! Aussergewöhnlich waren die bereitgestellten Frühstückslebensmittel wie z.B. frisch gebackenes Brot, Milch, Müsli, Kaffee, Tee, Marmelade, Obst, Yoghurt, etc.. Einziger Nachteil war, dass es 1,5Std. von Heathrow (Tube, Train, Bus) entfernt liegt, was wir aber vorher wussten und gern in Kauf genommen haben.

Ana is lovely. She is chatty, friendly, easy-going, helpful and so accommodating. Ana has done an incredible job in decorating her house. The bedroom was spotless, clean, modern, comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also spotless. The house is not far from Kensal Road Station and all local amenities.

We received a warm welcome and had some informative conversations during our stay. The accommodation was very comfy and we were grateful for the breakfast provided. We look forward to staying again.

We had such a lovely time staying with Hazel and her family. The house is extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished. We were welcomed warmly and felt right at home. Hazel was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations to explore the area. Brockley is a great neighborhood to hang out and get away from the busy centre. We would definitely stay with Hazel again!
