Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lombard

David is a very reaponsive host. The home is airy and sunshine beams through!! We are very grateful to David for being open to our special request. That made the whole stay beyond outstanding. My only suggestion is that the backyard is mowed and made more usable, as it is lovely and the deck is pretty cool!

Great space near many amenities and attractions. Katie was very responsive and experienced, 10/10 host. The airBnB was stocked with home comforts you would expect from a premium hotel. The Games were a perfect mix of entertainment for my kiddos. I would recommend this place to friends looking for something in that area.

Ann’s place was a very nice stay! The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and safe! Which was very important for our family as we had children staying with us! Ann was also very friendly, responsive, and flexible with any accommodations. Ann’s place was very welcoming and clean. It felt right at home when we walked through the door! If you have a family or even a friend group, I highly recommend staying here!

I would definitely use this home again. The host, Syed, is very easy to communicate with and is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The place was cozy and relaxing for everyone. The basement was a hit with all the games and the beds are so very comfortable. The rooms do appear larger on the pictures, however, the place was well able to accommodate all of the guest. (18 people) Concerns would be to have enough bath/face towels for everyone especially if you are staying a few days. There is a laundry room though with a wonderful washer and dryer! Also, be prepared for ants. Maybe because of the season! Overall, I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it to others.

Originally my family and I were going to stay in a hotel. Then I thought about it and with 6 of us (each pair getting their own room) an air BnB would be a lot easier and cheaper (in theory). I found this one and it was perfect. My parents and brother and sister in law enjoyed it and it felt just like home. My parents and I had just sold my condo and needed a place to stay for my graduation week. This place was the perfect find. So perfect I wish I had extended my stay for a couple days prior and after our reservation. The fenced in backyard was a plus as well for my dog. He loved it so much, he didn’t want to come in. Everything you need was there. It was a nice cozy oasis. I know some people mentioned weird things about the house, but my family and I didn’t experience any of those. We had a wonderful time and Farrah was great with her communication. She even has a booklet letting you know of everything expected for your stay. Overall, definitely recommend this house for a nice stay!

My family and I truly loved this home. It was accommodating especially to my elderly aunts. The bedroom on the first level was excellent and they did not have to worry about climbing the stairs. Everything they needed was on the fist floor. Easy access into the home was a plus. James the host was accommodating and punctual. This home is spacious, the neighborhood is quiet and I will definitely recommend someone to stay here. The master bedroom is a delight and I felt right at home. This property Is highly recommended.

What a gem! Beautiful, secluded house with a large backyard, a pond, a tree house, and a fire pit were a dream come true for our family's weekend getaway from our daily busy city lives. We'd all love to come back one day. We spent a lot of time in the backyard, but also visited the neighboring Kline Creek Farm as recommended by the hosts and went for a walk at the Red Oak Nature Center to dip our feet in the Fox River. Thank you!

Iryna’s place was just what I needed for a quick stay since my family nearby didn’t have space for me. Slept wonderfully and the shower was really nice

Christopher’s place was perfect for our needs! The place was very roomy, the kitchen and bathroom was spotless and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and calm with more than enough easy and free parking. The metro was less than a 10 minute walk which was perfect for us getting in and out of the city easily. They also allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in hours which we greatly appreciated. Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend staying here.

This place was cozy and in a great location! One of our favorite parts was all the art in the room, and the beautiful garden we got to see on the walk inside!

We had a wonderful stay at Jay's place. He met us in person to check in and personally showed us through the house and made us feel so welcome. The house was very homey and had everything we needed. It's also in a great location in a very walkable neighborhood close to the Frank Lloyd Wright Studio. Oh, and morning coffee on the sun porch was delightful. Thanks for a great stay, Jay.

Uncommonly well supplied and furnished, this is one of our favorite Airbnbs anywhere. We’ve stayed a few times, and our experience has always been exceptional.

Lovely basement studio in very nice neighborhood. Easy drive to nearby neighborhoods or downtown area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable stay!

Great host, responsive, very attentive to make sure the stay is peaceful and very clean space. The first thing I notice was how organized and how well thought out the space was.

It was a nice place. Had everything needed. The locality is really good. Quiet, peaceful and nice people.

Zirrell was a wonderful host. She always responded and her instructions were very thorough. She was also very understanding when our flight got delayed and we checked in later than expected. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was a wonderful stay!

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

The apartment was clean and spatious, better than in the pictures. It's located in a corner of Hyde Park, at a 15 minute walking distance from the University of Chicago. It is a very residential area, with not many shops or restaurants near by, but if you walk 15 minutes east you will find bars, grocery stores and a few restaurants. I came to do research in the library's archive so it was very convenient. I had some problems with the door code sequence, but Erika was very helpful and responsive. My only suggestion is that more detailed information about the check in is provided, because not everbody is familiarized with lockers and codes! But my general impression was very positive! I'd definitely stay there again.
