Christophe was an extremely pleasant host and very proactive in all his responses. He far exceeded the needs of a host and was always nice to deal with. He gave us ideas on the local area and help around the proerty. We would thoroughly recommend this gite as a place to stay for a relaxing break.

Magical place. Quietly located, the place is very peaceful, the house superbly arranged. The little plus the very nice jaccuzi. We had a great time. Nathalie is a very responsive and accommodating host. Thank you for this relaxing moment.

Cour de Liege is a gem within a gem! Anjou is already a treasure in the heart of France, but Laurent and Piritta's property is a pocket of paradise. Calm, scenic, rustic but elegant. Laurent and Piritta were the kindest hosts and really made us feel at home. They helped us learn about the area and gave us the investment of their time. Our children loved the countryside property and the horses, peacocks, and natural beauty. The farmhouse gite is tastefully restored and the beds were wonderful! We didn't want to leave! One of the best spots in France:) Thank you to Laurent and Piritta-- excellent hosts and wonderful people.

Impressively clean home. Quiet environment and supermarket 5 minutes walk. Accommodation particularly suitable for young children.

We had a lovely stay with cousins, we were warmly welcomed by the host. The place is pleasant, surrounded by nature and animals. We have plenty to entertain us. I recommend it.

Very nice cottage, in the middle of nature. Very quiet. Tastefully decorated. i recommend 100%. Nathalie is very responsive to your requests. We couldn't enjoy the jacuzzi because time passed so quickly but we will definitely come back.

Fiona’s location is run by Steve & Suzanne who are superfriendly and made us feel welcome right away. You’ll stay in a cute little cosy house that has everything you need for a calming stay in the countryside of the Loire. Would stay again!

Pam and Ingemar were just so nice ! They looked after us so well ( delicious home made bread ,food in the fridge) and their cottage is very confortable, in the middle of nature. It's peaceful and quite. Wonderful to rest. The zoo is roughly 8 minutes driving. We hope to come back !

First of all, the estate is surrounded by nature, near Saumur. Many visits within a limited perimeter. For children, the pool is very nice for a return visit. The apartment suited us perfectly for the 3 of us.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Maison de la Louet! The many authentic details breathe history and ambience into the house. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided (e.g. oven, dish washer, etc.). The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The river Louet is really close and offers many forms of relaxation like walking/ hiking and swimming. Also the towns of Denée and Murs are within easy distance for everyday trips to the bakery and supermarket. Angers is close if you feel like shopping or a broader range of entertainment. Absolutely perfect! Our favorite out of many French Air BnB’s.

Annie and Thierry are very good hosts. They responded very quickly to our questions and queries. Lots to explore within a thirty minute drive. Saumur is exceptionally beautiful, Angers is very busy! Great onsite parking and very secure area for young children and a little active dog! Great outdoor seating area and BBQ, as equally comfortable inside. Quality furnishing. Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room. Beds very comfortable. Children’s games, thoroughly enjoyed by our grandchildren. Lots of information on places to see, things to do. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone wanting a peaceful place to rest after a busy day exploring.

Very good hosting even if the key was in a key box the renter wanted to welcome us in person. Accommodation that matched the descriptions as well as our expectations.

The accommodation is very pleasant, a beautiful renovation with pretty old doors and a favorite for the tiles of the bathrooms. The two suites are comfortable, the bedding quality.

What a fabulous place. Delightful, charming, cozy & off the beaten track. This beautiful cottage is the perfect escape. The hosts Ludovic and Cathy could not have been nicer, what absolutely charming people. They run a set of 3 cottages in a beautiful old farmhouse in the middle of nowhere that is the the Loire Valley. The cottage is beautifully presented and offers a 'rustic' charm - Very French and very workable. The kitchen is well appointed & the bed is very comfortable. The owners work very hard to give the guests that extra special touch. With a beautiful swimming pool, a 'boules' court and unbelievably attentive service we would not hesitate to return here. They have even installed an EV charger - perfect for us. If you are looking for a beautiful escape in the Loire then this is the place. They have a total of 3 rooms here with plenty of scope for a large family gathering. We would not hesitate to return. We look forward to seeing you again Ludo and Cathy!

We had a lovely week here, the property was peaceful and we enjoyed the gorgeous pool area that was larger than we thought it was going to be! With a variety of nature to look out for around the house the kids had fun looking for wildlife and watching the lizards. The house itself was a fantastic size for a family of 3 and a family of 4 not to feel on top of eachother. It was lovely to know we could call Peter and his wife if we needed. Overall we would recommend visiting.

A further visit to the property and as previously we had lovely quiet stay. The village is beautiful and within walking distance. Saumur is close by with many nice restaurants and of course the Chateau and other museums. A stay here is recommended

Corinne is a very welcoming host (as well as her husband). She is committed to taking care of her guests. Everything was perfect. The accommodation is remarkably clean. Pleasant touches (from towels to welcome chocolates to breakfast essentials). Important information about places to visit. We had a very pleasant stay at Corinne and her husband's in Anjou. We stayed in the gite which was very private. We enjoyed using the outside table and chairs for al fresco dining and aperitifs. The pool and gardens are very attractive. A lovely base to explore the many nearby chateaux and beautiful region

We had a superb week in beautiful weather in this quiet nature spot surrounded by horses and rabbits. We made good use of the excellent pool and table tennis. We felt very much at home in the beautiful building. Marie, who was assisting us while Régina was away, was very reliable and responsive. We would definitely recommend this place and return for another holiday.

What a find! A stunning residence in the most beautiful area, with a delightful host close by if needed. So much to see and do. An area we didn’t know terribly well, which has now become a firm favourite; Not at all touristy, lovely friendly locals, great places to eat, lots of Chateaux to visit, and natural water sports close by, vineyards and caves for tastings, the area is also an equestrians dream with Le Lion d’Angers and Saumur within easy driving distance. Will definitely be back, we’ve only scratched the surface this week! Thank you Chantal
