Very quiet and bucolic environment, two kilometers from the center of Brissac and 15 minutes from the center of Angers. Authentic tuffeau and slate farmhouse, in a charming environment, with an area of 85 m2 with private terrace.

Come and rest in the countryside in our trailer, halfway between Angers and Saumur, close to the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbors will be goats, sheep and chickens. In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.

Our mountain cottage is one of a kind in our beautiful Angevine region. Our house is spacious and warm, it is about 200 m2. It's just waiting for you to have a good time with family, friends and children. Have a good time in summer and winter: You can sit around the pool with a good aperitif and a barbecue in the summer and in the winter around a good raclette in its cozy living room, dining room.
