Impeccable accommodation! Beautiful decor! Simply PERFECT! We came as a family with our 3 teenagers, they loved it, everyone had their space, we had a lovely stay. The accommodation is located in a charming village where there is a good restaurant (at the old wells). We feel safe, the locals are warm. Beautiful walks along the canal to reach the beaches. The car was not useful to us during the stay... Everything comes together for a lovely vacation. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy some good relaxing time with our family.

We had a lovely stay at this gite. Isabelle and Fabrice were very welcoming and communication was smooth from start to finish. The accommodation is in a great location, a short drive to Montpellier and the beaches, in the pretty village of Assas. The environment is quiet and relaxing, with the Château d'Assas nearby — perfect for a relaxing time. A beautiful place that I would recommend without hesitation!

Very good family weekend! Charlotte and Mathias were very available to facilitate our stay. The house is very nice for young and old.

The house was perfect for 10 people: large and very well-equipped. Nothing is missing!! And everything is planned and designed to accommodate at least 10 people! It's lovely. The decoration of the renovated part is really nice. It feels really good, like home!! We celebrated Christmas there as a family, a tree was even set up there! The large room allows everyone to meet without being cramped, and to go about different activities… Thanks for letting us arrive in the early afternoon to organize New Year's Eve! Only small downside, the heating had just been turned on when we arrived… and the house took several hours to reach a suitable temperature… the large room is heated by a wood-burning stove… which we had to light. Only one bathroom out of the 3 has heating... when the outside temperatures are negative... One is unusable and the second… is very cool….

The property was exactly what we wanted for our 4 week getaway. It was a home from home, comfortable, had all the amenities that we needed for such a long stay. The place was very clean and we were offered a complementary house and pool clean while there too which was arranged for a time convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and the showers warm and powerful. Our host was very responsive with answers to any questions that we had. They increased the temperature of the pool so that it was comfortable for our baby to swim in it and when the weather temperature dropped they were responsive in switching the property from air conditioning to heating. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Olivers place.

We had a very pleasant stay in Sète. From the apartment, all the pretty corners of the city are within walking distance! On Brigitte's very good advice, we treated our eyes and taste buds! We'll be back with pleasure!

It's a good place to stay with good value for money. A very quiet area. It has all amenities. Communication with the owners is comfortable and smooth. In short, it is a very good option for sightseeing in the region. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this apartment for over 2 months and everything was great. Location is awesome. The apartment has everything you need, very cozy and clean and you can reach everything on foot. Great food options in front of the door. In the evening it is a bit noisy as there are many bars nearby but otherwise it was great. Nathalie and David were very great hosts, helpful, always available and very friendly. Thanks again for that! We recommend the apartment to everyone!

Very clean and very well furnished apartment, Véronique is very responsive and has great tips, the bedding is very good and it's Quiet at night, you can go to the center of the village to shop, it's very convenient as well as a very large lidl about 1 km away. Finally, the apartment is very well located for visiting the tourist sites that are nearby, I recommend this apartment.

We stayed in this apartment for a few days for a bachelorette party and the bride-to-be was very happy with our choice! Numerous beds available and no one had to sleep in the living room as is often the case. Great for a group stay.

Very nice accommodation, it feels like home. New and modern neighborhood. Close-by tram, shops and restaurants. We chose it because it's close to Sud de France train station and Sud de France Arena. But the center is also easily accessible and quickly by tram. We had a small problem on arrival but Sanda was very responsive, a host we can count on, thank you :)

Beautiful apartment beautifully renovated and very well-equipped, excellent for 2 people. Extra location right on the beach. Ideal at this time, very quiet! This morning view from the living room: the sun, the blue sky, the beach, the sea and the snow-capped Pyrenees at the end of the horizon, incredibly beautiful! We came to spend a stay at Cap d'Adge with our children. Olivier kindly accepted our last-minute booking. Everything was well explained and the check-in time was flexible. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with everything available: bed linen, towels, dishes, appliances, household products, washing machine, toys, baby bed, etc. Oliver hosted us very warmly and also briefed us well on the accommodation. He advised us on a few things to do in the area and was very communicative during our stay to make sure we didn't miss anything. Finally, the value for money of our stay was well worth it! I recommend it 100% and we'll be back in the future!
