A charming, refurbished, clean and well-located 2 bedroom apartment: on the first floor of a bourgeois building, close to the train station, the historic city center, transport (lines 3 and 4 of the tram 100 m away). Fully equipped, it has double glazing and reversible air conditioning. You can do everything on foot in town, and even go to the beach (direct tram line that stops next to the house :-) Please read the description to the end for more details.
