Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

I stayed in this house and loved it. The house is exactly as described in the photos: clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked, perfect for cooking meals independently. The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed the tranquility of the area. The owner was very responsive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Perfect Place To stay

There were four of us for a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior furnishings are simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. We used the heating in the evening given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season period. Very responsive and helpful host.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. We stayed at Tommaso apartment for just one day, but everything was absolutely perfect! From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive—he provided clear and detailed check-in instructions, which made everything easy and stress-free. Tommaso showed us where everything was in the apartment and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and places to walk. He was always available and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was a nice two weeks in Cervo. Veronica was very friendly and accommodating, always available! The beach and the village are within walking distance.

We spent a week after August 15th and we had a very good time. The accommodation is in a very quiet area close to both the sea and the center and also nearby there are also two supermarkets. Very comfortable and functional two-room apartment equipped with everything and with a large balcony. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment in a prime location in the center. Just a few 100 meters from the shopping street, promenade, pier and beach. Private parking on the premises is worth gold, we often used the terrace with table and seating. The landlady, Simona, was already present with questions before arrival and was always available during the stay. She gave us good tips on restaurants when asked and was also available to help and advise. Thank you for the uncomplicated vacation. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is well located, we could reach everything very quickly on foot. The beach is right across the street. In addition, the apartment was clean and very well equipped. Communication was also hassle-free and very quick. The only thing we didn't like was the squeaky bed. Maybe you can do something about it, as it was a bit disturbing at night. Overall, the apartment was as described and there is nothing to complain about.

Very nice apartment in a private residence on the heights of the village. Beautiful view from the terrace. The very light apartment is arranged soberly but tastefully. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable and Francesca is very welcoming and very available.

We stayed in Simone's beautiful and clean house. Good location 15 minutes from the city center with a quiet walk. The house is equipped with all amenities and immersed in the greenery of the condominium garden. Quiet and relaxing.

We had a good time at Mrs. Simona's house. The location of the house is strategic as the house is located in a quiet area but has access to various parts of the city. The house is cozy both in the decor and in the amenities of the house. The owner has met us for any of our needs. The city of Laigueglia is also quiet, relaxing and has a beautiful walk along the sea. Our three-day stay was positive. Also, our dog immediately settled in.
