We were guests in the apartment Walter for 8 days. With the large apartment, we were very satisfied. Everything you need is there. Finalborgo, which has a very nice old town, can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The way home takes a little longer, as the last 300 m runs over a slightly steeper climb. We arrived with the mountain bikes. There was a lockable room. I was also able to charge my e-bike there without any problems. The landlords were very friendly. I can fully recommend the apartment. We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

Perfect stay, beautiful location in the old town. Very well maintained, secure and with everything you need for your stay. The balcony is lovely both for breakfast and for quiet time in the evening. Lots of lovely places to eat nearby and easily accessed from the train station. Albegna is very lovely - don't miss this perfect opportunity to stay in the heart of it all.

We booked this place one day in advance and the place and location exceeded our expectations. Magnificent view, good location - 10 minutes to the beach and to the restaurants. The whole apartment was spotless and very good equipped. Highly recommend.

Great hosts, quick to communicate answers to any questions and help solve any difficulties. Lovely apartment, well equipped, lots of helpful snacks and hot drinks provided, really close to the old town and the bike garage is well equipped to help you look after and keep your bike safe while staying. I hope to stay again.

Everything was perfect, Alessia is a perfect host, warm and welcoming. We would always come back and reommend to stay at this place in Sanremo. The view is fantastic. The only downside was the construction site nearby it was a little loud during the week. But we could still enjoy the stay very much.

We spent the last couple of days of our vacation here and we wish we had spent more time… Beautiful spot with amazing views overlooking the neighborhood and the Mediterranean. Igor’s communication was top notch and he was very helpful prior and during our stay! The new bathroom renovation was beautiful too! We won’t ever forget our stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is super spacious and well equipped. The city center of Finalborgo is just a short walking distance. We did have some issues finding the right house with Google Maps because of the one way street, after that the self check in was well described and really easy.

Great apartment for a mountain biking visit to Finale. A short 15 minute walk towards Finalborgo to pick up our bike rental then a short ride to guide/shuttle. The apartment was more spacious than expected, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Sonia was super friendly and helpful. Four minute walk to the train station. Two minute walk to the Pam supermarket. On a pedestrian street so you have to park a few minutes away in a paid lot to unload if you arrive by car. Then free parking 5-10 minute walk away. We were a family of 3 but you could easily fit a group of friends or larger family here. Lots of wide stairs helped work off all the good food. I hope one day we can return to Finale and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Grazie Mille Sonia and Guido!

We know Porto Maurizio well and Marcello's apartment is really well located. Tastefully furnished, it is located in a very quiet and picturesque neighborhood. We highly recommend it.

Clean and well-organized apartment, with everything you need for breakfast. I liked the personality and style of the apartment, you can feel the flair and care of the host. Very convenient location to experience Finale on foot considering that in about ten minutes you were in Finalborgo or at the sea. In addition, there were 2 bikes available. Excellent stay with Grazia and her husband who are very kind and very responsive to messages we leave them. Very clean apartment, nicely decorated, small balcony very nice on which you can eat 2 without problem. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, ideal for sleeping well and in the city center, so everything is within walking distance. A big plus the extra parking space which is much cheaper than paying for 1 space in the city! I would recommend this property and would be happy to come back.

We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

Great location! Really a lovely place and equipped with great services! Very clean apartment, with sea view and terrace with barbecue. For children, it's a real paradise, they've really thought of everything to make them happy. Our four-legged friend Lemmy also enjoyed the garden. Really exceptional experience, we will definitely come back!

The apartment is beautifully located on the slope above Bergeggi and offers a fantastic view of the sea – a real highlight! The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, so nothing was missing. The balcony seems bigger in the photos than it is. Nevertheless, we had enough space to eat outside and enjoy the view of the sea. The communication with the hosts was great – friendly, fast and straightforward. Only small downside: the house is a little clairvoyant. Nevertheless, we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Place for people enjoying sea, mountains and italian style of holidays. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony, and reserved parking spot. Also small swimming pool at the roof. We were there for the second time (first time 3 years ago), so you can see that the place is not brand new, but still in a good shape. We can recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Very pleasant stay! Federico was very responsive and accessible throughout our stay, responding to our messages quickly and with great kindness. The accommodation was perfect: good location, spacious, and very well-equipped. It really felt like a home away from home! I highly recommend this host and this place for a great stay!

We started our vacation with a few days here and it was just right for us. A very pretty place, both Piazza and Mondovì. You can comfortably walk down and take the special train or bus back up. The apartment is in the middle of the village, but parking is still not a problem. We had plenty of space for two and everything we needed. The terrace is a bit sober, but the garden, which you walk around the house to, is spectacular. You could spend the day just looking at the countryside and occasionally using the pool, which we had all to ourselves. Carlo was very straightforward and friendly, communication was fabulously responsive and easy.
