Everything about our stay was top notch. I don’t think there’s anything that could have been better, or improved. We’ve already shared the details of the property with others. Appartement propre conforme à la description et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable avec une très belle vue mer et une crique à 5 minutes a pied avec des eaux cristallines par beau temps.

Reinhold was a friendly and responsive host who made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment was modern, perfectly located and extremely well equipped. Highly recommended if you are seeking a great location for a relaxing holiday.

Det var ett fint boende med rymliga sovrum. Huset lägger avskilt i en citronodling och var mycket tyst och lugnt. Kontakten med värden var lätt och våra behov åtgärdades snabbt.

V tomto ubytování jsme se cítili upřímně lépe jak doma. V noci naprostý klid, ticho. Funkční klimatizační jednotky v obou patrech, plně vybavená kuchyň včetně pračky a myčky. K dispozici byly dokonce plážové ručníky. Parkovat šlo v ulici přímo před domem. Ulice byla klidná stranou od ruchu. K dispozici je i teráska kde je celý den stín ideální na ranní kávu. Vše naprosto čisté. Hostitel nápomocný a pohotový. Děkujeme za toto skvělé místo rádi se opět vrátíme pokud bude ještě ta možnost.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Balkone sind überragend und die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Parken war leider trotz der früheren Jahreszeit schwierig, der Gastgeber hatte aber gute Tipps

L'appartement de Pep est parfait à tous points de vue, propreté, vue, et proximité de la ville et tous les endroits à visiter. La piscine est un plus et la facilité de stationner également. je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Un séjour magnifique qui s'achève. Nous avons adoré l'appartement de Laurence et Pierre. Décoré avec goût, au calme très bien placé et fonctionnel. Le petit plus, du matériel de plage à disposition ainsi que sac et autres. Très plaisant et encore plus pour une femme. Merci pour tout, je recommande chaleureusement. Ons verblijf (met onze dochter van 6 maanden) was erg fijn bij Petra! Goed appartement met een heerlijke grote rustige tuin die je met de eigenaren deelt en hun 2 lieve honden en katten. Ook heb je een eigen terras wat je kan afsluiten. Parkeren kan voor de deur in de straat, daar is voldoende plek. Om de hoek zit een grote supermarkt en bakkertje. Alcúdia ligt op een paar minuten wandelen. Erg leuk stadje. Zou het verblijf zeker aanraden. Petra zorgt voor een warm welkom en is makkelijk bereikbaar voor tips of andere vragen.

Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft, die ruhig gelegen ist und trotzdem ist alles im Ort problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 5 min. ist man im Hafen wo es auch die Möglichkeit gibt schwimmen zu gehen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Marina was the most lovelies person and her apartments are extremely clean and well looked after. She goes above and beyond for her guests and was able to meet every need we had. She was extremely responsive and she arranged taxis for us to do activities while staying with her which was so much appreciated. The apartment is located in such a beautiful area with lots of things to do and restaurants to eat in. She provides lots of information about everything. The pool was perfect and clean and so lovely to be able to use. It is very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She also allowed us to check in a bit earlier and ensured we had places to store luggage when waiting for our transfer to leave Majorca. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Marina thank you so much. We will definitely be back ❤️

excelente el apartamento!! la vista es un espectáculo, todo super limpio, la cama muy cómoda y te dan toallas para la playa. el lugar es muy tranquilo y con un montón de servicios cerca, la playa enfrente muy bonita. Pasamos hermoso!

We had the most wonderful time! The apartment is adorable, located easily to the main promenade and stunning views. It suited us perfectly and Magda thoughtfully added essentials we appreciate (plenty of clean towels, coffee, water, extra toiletries). Everything was clean and the room super quiet. Our only feedback is the mattress is quite soft, but we still slept very well. 10/10

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Appartement auf Mallorca war ein echtes Highlight. Die moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung hat uns sofort entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung in jedem haben uns beeindruckt. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend liegt, nur einen kurzen Weg vom Strand entfernt. Alles Nötige ist gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: Die voll ausgestattete Küche war ideal, das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei, und die Klimaanlage ist an Tagen mit warmen Temperaturen ein echter Segen. Die Dachterrasse mit ihrem herrlichen Blick war der perfekte Ort für entspannte Abende unter dem Sternenhimmel. Die Gastgeber und der Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren herzlich und immer hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Wir empfehlen dieses wundervolle Appartement.

Alles top, mit mini-winzigen Abstrichen! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Shopping-Meile mit Shops und Restaurants, und dennoch kriegt man von dem Trubel nicht viel mit (April/Mai). Nach Norden ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Küste - und ein paar weitere Minuten später an einem riesigen Sandstrand! Im Süden ist man in 7-10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade, mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants! Auch hier gibt es Fussläufig eine kleine Bucht mit Strand und Kristallklarem/Türkisblauem Wasser. Zu den kleinen Abstrichen: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, die längs verlaufende Abflussgitter haben - und jedes mal wenn ein Auto darüber fährt macht es „klack-klack“. Das war morgens ab und zu etwas nervig. Außerdem steht direkt neben der Wohnung ein Glascontainer, den man auch ab und zu gehört hat. Zu Beginn des Aufenthalts erwartet einen eine Mappe mit vielen vielen Regeln, die ich für überwiegend selbstverständlich halte - es hat sich jedoch etwas nach „erhobenem Zeigefinge

Michael en Vicky communiceren snel en vriendelijk, en zorgen ervoor dat alles in orde is bij aankomst en tijdens je verblijf. Het appartement heeft een geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad en is goed gelegen ten opzichte van allerlei strandjes, de haven, andere dorpjes. Het appartement zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf! Het enige minpunt was dat het matras en de kussens van het bed wat te zacht waren (maar is persoonlijk) en dat de ventilatie in de badkamer niet super goed werkte (bleef wat lang vochtig en muf na het douchen). Maar ik zou het zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
