Our mission is to create modern boutique accommodation with as little environmental impact as possible. Much of the apartment, and its furniture, is made from wood sustainably sourced from our land and we use natural/chemical free building materials whenever possible. For other materials we always try to source locally and sustainably.

The cabin. Vacation home in La Rozada, 1 km from Ribadesella. Very well connected. Easy access from the N-634. Fantastic views of the Sella marsh. 1 bedroom, living room with fireplace, kitchen-dining room, bathroom. Over 1000 sq. meters of garden with barbecue and fruit trees. Great parking. Fully equipped. Rent year-round. Great for couples. A crib can be provided at no extra cost. It stands out both for its decoration and for the beauty of the surroundings. No pets allowed.

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful gem in Asturias. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature, peaceful and striking views, and the kind of charm that makes you want to stay forever. The accommodation itself was perfect, just as described (if not better!) with thoughtful details, cozy comfort, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. But what truly made this experience special was Suni. She was the most wonderful host—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she puts her heart into making guests feel at home. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this has truly been one of my favorites. I left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

The house of the estuary is even better than in the photos, the location is ideal, very close to Ribadesella, but in the area there is an incredible tranquility, the views are unbeatable, and then the house is totally new, it has everything, very well equipped, you do not want to leave the truth. David also helped us with very good recommendations from the area. I would definitely recommend it for families or groups of 4 to 6 people. If we return to Ribadesella we will book it again!

Very nice stay in Ribadessella. The accommodation is very well located, the view is remarkable. The city is very nice and well served by the road network, allowing you to visit the surroundings between the seaside and the mountains, the region is very beautiful. We loved this stay.

We had a lovely stay. Miguel had provided us with clear instructions, which made the arrival smooth. The location could not be better: a beautiful view, everything within walking distance with a nice shortcut over La Escalera de Colores. The house is equipped with everything and is beautifully renovated. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful house with barn*

We spent a few wonderful days in Miguel's place. The house is just as it appears in the photos, even better. The rooms are super spacious, a wonderful viewpoint, a beautiful porch overlooking the Picos de Europa ideal for enjoying meals outdoors and a very spacious outdoor area for children to run at their leisure. Of course, the outside area is connected to the property next door, and it's a shame, because that didn't allow us to let our dog loose so as not to cause problems. Miguel helped us a lot with very accurate directions to get to the house, since access is a bit complicated and with very narrow roads, but that is also the charm of the area, and it is also very close to Ribadesella. Ultimately, we've enjoyed our stay.
