This was a very peaceful stay. The home was clean and elegantly decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with all utensils we needed for cooking, and essentials were stocked in the fridge and pantry. There's an HEB nearby to get everything else you may need. I would recommend you bring a bug zapper for when you spend time on the patio, and to combat the bugs that will inevitably come inside the home as you open and close the doors. The entire house in enclosed with a four foot fence, so my service dog could happily roam around without getting into trouble.

Great place! The house had everything we needed, was super clean, and the patio and yard were awesome. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the toys! Getting down to the water wasn’t difficult - there is a steep hill but we had two young kids and a baby with us and the kids (2 and 4yo) managed it totally fine both ways. Great lake weekend!

Great place just as advertised! The river access is in fact even better than advertised. It is a sloping grassy lawn that leads down to granite slabs and sand which are the perfect access to an essentially private, word class swimming hole!

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was so convenient to have kayaks and a paddle board onsite and my kids loved it! I would definitely stay at this location again.

Yellow Door is a dream! Gorgeous inside and out. Great coffee and morning views. You can easily walk down to the river from the property or drive 2 minutes down the road to the slab. We did both. It was a blast! We didn't want to leave. Audrey was an incredible, responsive host. We can't wait to stay again.

The property is stunning—well-maintained, spacious, and perfectly located right on the water. The views were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. We loved spending time on the deck, soaking in the peaceful surroundings and enjoying the lake. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this a comfortable and welcoming place for guests.

Fabulous stay. Every detail was thought of and all of the amenities provided added a special touch to our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, particularly loved the extra large kitchen. Our family are typically beach go-ers during the Memorial Day weekend but due to our wonderful stay we have decided to break from tradition and would love to come back next year!

This was our first time visiting Marble Falls and fell in love with the area! the Condo was just as described. We had our two children with us age 11 and 7. It was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The private access to the beach and lake was our favorite part. Plenty to do to keep the entertained. It was always peaceful and secluded. the neighborhood was quite and the local condo owners were very friendly. We will definitely be back! We usually go to Jelly Stone every year and we're looking for a change. The kids said they liked this better!! We were looking for a peaceful weekend and we wanted to get away from our daily routine. We were able to enjoy the kayaks luckily we took our life vests and my girls were able to go on them all together. Love this home and definitely if able during summer we will love to go again.

Such a welcoming little house! Jen and Cody's place is a restored bunkhouse on their large Llano ranch, far enough away from the main house to be private but also close enough to have been able to enjoy an evening chat with them as we took a walk. The separate bedrooms have a queen bed and a queen murphy bed respectively and a beautifully retored bathroom between them. Everything is new and attractive. The kitchen has all your needs and plenty of utensils, dishware and cooking accessories. It's outside of town and quiet, so make yourself ready for relaxation.

I loved this place from the moment we arrived… first of all there was an actual key! & not a keypad. The kitchen is the best stocked i have ever seen… I just wanted to sit in the deck all day and listen to the birds sing, but i had to go to work😊 I would definitely stay there again

The pictures really don’t do this place justice. It’s incredibly quiet and secluded, and the views are amazing for miles around. The place itself has everything you need, and the host went out of his way to be friendly and helpful during my stay. I highly recommend staying here. I know I’ll be coming back.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our start to summer at Cindy’s place. Her communication and enthusiasm to making sure our family enjoyed our stay was start to finish. The house was very comfortable and clean and the disconnect from WIFI was very much needed, enjoying family time of the past with DVD’s and a good game of cards. The river was beautiful and very easily accessible, we found ourselves enjoying it multiple times a day either swimming or fishing. We look forward to a return trip to this beautiful and secluded property.

Spent mid-week through weekend at the cabin. I enjoyed the quite and privacy. Abigail was quick to respond and gave several recommendations on things to do and places to see/ or eat at. Highly recommend and will definitely look to book here again in the future.

Loved our stay in Llano! The location was perfect , not too far from the water. It was a bit confusing finding the airbnb at first, but other than that it was a perfect stay! The airbnb was decorated nicely and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, too. I will definitely be back one day!
