Tiny house vacation rentals in Llano County

My husband and our furry baby stayed over Easter and it was incredible, we had a great peaceful vacation. The house is perfect, clean, really cute with everything you need and the neighborhood is very. Kris and her niece were very kind, very responsive they gave us great suggestions! Really worth it we do recommend and comeback as soon as we can get a few days away!

We chose the tiny house for waterfront access. It was just the two of us but could easily host a family. Kitchen is well stocked, BBQ grill available. The resort is on the water, there’s an area to swim and several boat slips that you can fish from. The resort is a clean property all the amenities are in working order. It’s older, could use some updates, but doesn’t detract from the great location or nice staff.

The house is a great place to spend a weekend, with plenty to do on the property and in town. Leslie was the perfect host!

The pics actually do not do this place justice. It’s better than imagined. The inside is perfect! It’s quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone I know.

Jessica was an absolutely amazing host!!! I would 100% recommend her to other travelers passing through kingsland. She was extremely helpful and accommodating, and also so kind and sweet! The property was wonderful, I especially loved the rooftop pool/sitting area! My pets were also completely welcome here so this was a huge plus! 🐈‍⬛ 🩷

Such a nice little place! Considering it’s right next to the road, it was still extremely peaceful and quiet as this little place sits in a rural area! They have so many things that are useful for whoever is staying, which is so awesome!

We have stayed at air b n b across the globe and found this little Texas gem to be just perfect. Close to many activities while being away from the hustle and bustle. A truly peaceful spot and we will be back.

The 40 Mile View cabin was just what we wanted for our anniversary getaway and just as advertised. The spot is a real experience of the Texas Hill Country. It really does have 40 miles views and it was one of the quietest places we've ever stayed. No highway or road noise. No air traffic. Only the birds. Perhaps the area farms have some noise at other times of the year but during our stay there was nothing! The interior is clean, fresh, well-equipped and simple to use. Justin and Amy were immediately responsive to any questions we had. We had a blast picking fresh strawberries at the nearby Sweet Berry Farm! Take note that the road up the hill is steep and rugged and might be challenging if you're in a sports car or other low clearance vehicle. Our Honda Pilot made it fine several trips up and down (which was part of the adventure!) but some cars might struggle especially if the gravel road is muddy (which is wasn't for us).

This place was a beautiful spot to have a weekend gateway. Hot tub absolutely makes it worth it. Chemicals in the water were quite strong though. It’s a cute little place with a long history attached to it. Prices seem bit high for the place. Enjoyed my stay here thoroughly.

Beautiful quiet location, clean house. Despite being an off season the owner was very responsive. The amenities were great and easy to use. Made for a perfect weekend getaway!

We were looking for a peaceful, private place to unwind and reconnect with nature. This was the most amazing place to do that. All the little details, from having binoculars and a bird book to multiple different water activities (canoeing, etc), coffee, water filter, beautifully placed decor, and SO much more added up to an unforgettable experience. Carleen went above and beyond with her communication before we arrived and during our stay. Full of information and so helpful! The bed was comfortable, the towels fluffy, and the back porch was the perfect place to watch the wildlife on the water. The pictures do not do this wonderful home justice. We’ve already decided this will be an annual trip for us!

This is a great place! A lot of space for dogs to run, and it is close to parks to hike. Quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you might need. Enough space in the house for 3 dogs and 2 adults 🤓 Cody is very helpful and responsive to any questions and issues. Definitely recommend it and am definitely planning to come back! ❤️👍
