This is the place to try out for an amazing experience or to have on your weekly getaways! Located so close to great eats and drinks. The soul of the surrounding area is so rich and you can tell this by every tavern, restaurant and experience you have with the locals. This place will not disappoint!

Charming Blue Tiny Home - Free SUP, Kayak, & More!

JesseRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Exactly as described. Tiny, comfy, modern, a short walk from the water. The AC was awesome, the kitchen had what we needed, and the grill worked great. We took advantage of the wine tasting and rode the chair lift at Spider Mountain, both of which were nice perks. For those wondering, the lake is extremely low but the neighborhood boat ramp is driveable down onto the lake bed with a small SUV or similar. You couldn’t trailer a boat or anything but we got close enough to easily carry our kayaks the last few feet to the water.

40 Mile View

Lindsay NicoleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The stay was absolutely beautiful, and the hosts were wonderful to work with. The location was very clean, well maintained, and perfectly secluded but also close enough to food/shopping for a quick drive if needed. The hosts were quick to respond with the details and help in anyway we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

HOT TUB- Walk to the Main Street and Llano River!

NicoleRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Perfect location - it was a short drive to our concert. We loved being able to walk to the downtown area - great food options & enjoyed the nearby brewery. We also enjoyed simply sitting on the front porch - we talked for hours while sitting in those rocking chairs. We would definitely rent again.

Delightful Homey Cabin in the Lovely Hill Country

SebastianRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great location for access to State Parks (Inks Lake, Colorado Bend, Longhorn Caverns). It is very much in the countryside, but that’s part of the appeal. Chickens were fun to interact with!

Riverside Haven on Llano River | Stargaze & Relax

MichelleRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had no idea how lovely the Llano river is, and totally enjoyed being so close and accessible to swimming, kayaking & just hanging out in the water. Smokeless fire pit was nice in the evening. Other than a back country road drive we stayed on-site the entire time. We had the place to ourselves. Tiny home was equipped with all we needed to cook, grill and keep our beer cold. Castell is a quick drive for a hearty burger and really friendly locals. Highly recommend. Check in was easy. Kayaks onsite were an awesome bonus so we didn’t have to haul ours. We absolutely want to return and maybe stay in the other little house next door!

A Frame Memories-boat/jet ski slip/chef/massage

SheridanRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Highly recommend! We do a group lake trip every year, and this is one of the best places we’ve rented. It’s perfect for large groups of adults. Beautiful property, lovely decor, and great location on the water. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed, and there was ample shade and seating on the dock, where we spent most of our time.

LBJ lakefrnt stuns. Natural, peaceful getaway

HannahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Favorite place I’ve ever stayed. The house and the view was even prettier than in the photos. It was a long drive for us from Houston, but worth every minute. Only regret was not staying even longer!! We will have to come back we loved it so much. I was a little worried that it might be cramped with the other houses but it was surprisingly secluded. And I didn’t think an A frame house could be so spacious! Carleen created such a cozy and welcoming space and went above and beyond. Loved my stay!!!!!

Tiny Home Retreat

AlexRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved staying at the tiny home! Despite the small space we managed to fit four adults, two dogs, and a baby inside and not feel too cramped. Our dogs loved romping around on the 1/2 acre and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was just a short drive from Inks Lake which made the trip out very easy. We were tracking stickers into the house on our shoes but we knew to expect this since it was on the listing so we tried our best to keep them out of the house. If you have a dog that’s an escape artist just watch them next to the front gate as I’m sure if they tried they could squeeze under. The house was nice and clean and we appreciated the binder full of things to do and restaurant recommendations. We had a great time and would love to come back!
