We came here for a women’s retreat weekend and our experience wouldn’t have been as memorable as it was if we didn’t do it here at John’s home! Amazing views with just peace and quiet. This was an absolutely amazing Airbnb. I have stayed in a lot of them, and this was the cleanest most well stocked one. Cameron was very responsive to everything. The area was peaceful and every morning I got up and walked because I knew the area was safe and full of deer. If you’re looking for a quiet trip by the lake with easy kayaking right off your back deck and you can get up and drink coffee in the morning off the deck and watch the deer morning and night this is where you want to stay.

Fabulous stay. Every detail was thought of and all of the amenities provided added a special touch to our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, particularly loved the extra large kitchen. Our family are typically beach go-ers during the Memorial Day weekend but due to our wonderful stay we have decided to break from tradition and would love to come back next year!

We loved staying here. The house and neighborhood was quiet. We had a terrible storm the took the WiFi out and Kevin came over right away to fix it. We would definitely stay here again.

Mizeny's place was great. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay of 7 guests. The location was perfect. If we ever need to get away from the city this is a perfect place to escape to and we will definitely be back soon.

Very pleasant area. Don’t let the outside fool you. The Inside is updated with great furniture, great size bathrooms very comfortable beds. Plenty of blankets, sheets pillows. Nice size washer and dryer to wash your pool towels. Had all the basic needs of bath and kitchen. They even provided a crib for grand baby traveling with us. We had a comfortable stay.

We stayed for a fishing tournament and there was ample space for our 2 families. It was awesome having the screened in porch, and we loved sitting on the dock watching the boys fish. We didn’t cook while we were there, but the kitchen had everything if we had chosen to. We will definitely stay again if we have another tournament at Lake LBJ!!

What a great little house for me, my husband, and our dog to get away from the big city for a few days. It had everything we needed and plenty of space to lounge and play. The views from the back yard were amazing, and having access to the river for swimming was so fun. We also loved how the house was isolated and quiet, but super convenient to drive to Inks Lake for the day, or Burnet for meals and groceries. Would definitely recommend this house to families with kids and dogs looking for a little out-of-the-city adventure.

This place was beautiful! It was right on the water which was just perfect. We went mountain biking on Friday at Spider Mountain which was about 15 mins away from us and then went to the Spartan race the next day that was about 20 mins away. So if you’re going for either of those this location is perfect. There were games & puzzles & dvds available. A charging station was included in the living room/kitchen area which was very convenient. As others have said there are spiders & bugs outside but that’s what happens when you’re by water. Also yes it gets rocky at the bottom to get to the water area so just be careful. But being on the water is so beautiful and we would love to go back!
