A wonderful rural retreat - with very friendly and creative hosts . This is a very spacious, comfortable & quiet cottage with fantastic views over the countryside and superb sunsets . Our granddaughter had a wonderful time feeding the hens , observing the lambs and playing in the garden. The nearest village Montgomery has a very good cafe - The Castle Kitchen - great for coffee and cakes as well as lunches . Lians woven wall hangings and wall colours enhance the feeling of peace and calm in the cottage . We would highly recommend staying here .

Absolutely delightful stay in beautiful surroundings. Welcomed by Jenny our host with a friendly smile. Accommodation is perfectly located to access all amenities Bishops Castle has to offer. Particularly enjoyed dining at The Castle Hotel.

A really lovely place to stay at, fully equipped and really nicely kept. The area is very relaxing and has some nice places to visit. Andrea seemed really nice and helpful. Just to be clear because some older reviews state there isn’t WiFi, but there is now and it’s great. Would absolutely book again. Thank you :)

This is a perfect place to relax after a day’s walking. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with the benefit of a hot bath, and thoughtful extras (chocolate Easter egg!) provided by the host. Communication was excellent and check-in super easy. Highly recommended.
