Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

The view is splendid, the sunrise all the more so, even better than the pictures of the listing. The neighborhood is quiet at least in May with few tourists, same for the city center! The closest beach is a 5min walk, with beautiful coves nearby and very uncrowded outside July/August. Reserved parking space in front of the apartment, simple check-in, the apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable. Everything is functional! The neighbors below are adorable. Really no negative to say.

Gloria's apartment is located in a good area, close to the beach and the port. It has a spectacular terrace. It is a flirtatious and clean apartment. Regarding Gloria, I'd like to highlight her kindness and the flexibility she gave us both upon arrival and departure from the apartment. Thank you for everything!

José Mariá's apartment is well maintained, spacious and functional. The view is exceptional, it's a fabulous show every day. We spent most of our time on the huge terrace which offers a unique view of the sea and the coast. Llançà is a family-friendly and peaceful town. It retains a very strong identity through its streets, beaches, shops and inhabitants. The weather was excellent during our stay. Lots of sunshine, easy to bear thanks to the ubiquitous sea air. José Mariá is friendly and available. For us the stay was perfect. Thank so much!

The cabin is beautifully located at the seafront with a huge terrace equipped with sun chairs, a table and lots of space to relax. The cabin has everything you need for cooking, washing and working. It’s the perfect place to wind down, swim in the ocean or go hiking. Only downside is the hiking trail right in front with some prying eyes by passing people ;) the bed and couch were a bit worn, but this is probably a question of taste. We highly recommend the place!

I stayed here with my family for 5 days in April. The property, surroundings and views overlooking the ocean are worth the stay on their own, but the house has all the amenities to keep the entire family happy and entertained. I felt secure and at home.
