Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

Ático dúplex con gran terraza y 5 minutos andando de la playa un destino ideal, muy tranquilo y relajante, por ser una zona de poco paso, ya que se encuentra frente al mar. Un alojamiento perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares o una escapada el fin de semana. Poder disfrutar de la terraza a todas las horas del día ya sea en comidas, relajados leyendo o tomando el sol. La vue est splendide, le sunrise d’autant plus, encore mieux que sur les photos de l’annonce. Le quartier est calme au moins de Mai avec peu de touristes, idem pour le centre ville ! La plage la plus proche est à 5min à pieds, avec de belles criques aux alentours et très peu fréquentées hors juillet/août. Place de parking réservée face à l’appartement, entrée dans les lieux simple, l’appart est propre, les lits sont confortables. Tout est fonctionnel ! Les voisins du dessous sont adorables. Vraiment rien a dire de négatif.

L’appartement de José Mariá est bien entretenu, spacieux et fonctionnel. La vue est exceptionnelle, c’est tous les jours un spectacle fabuleux. Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps sur l’immense terrasse qui offre un panorama unique sur la mer et la côte. Llançà est une ville familiale et paisible. Elle garde une identité très marquée à travers ses rues, ses plages, ses commerces et ses habitants. La météo était excellente lors de notre séjour. Un grand soleil facile à supporter grâce à l’air marin omniprésent. José Mariá est accueillant et disponible. Pour nous le séjour était parfait. Un grand merci !

The hosts Alberto and Miriam were incredibly helpful with the recommendations and help! The place is a short walk from the beautiful coast, but is a peaceful location, with the occasional train passing by but it’s quiet. Thanks for having us!

The cabin is beautifully located at the seafront with a huge terrace equipped with sun chairs, a table and lots of space to relax. The cabin has everything you need for cooking, washing and working. It’s the perfect place to wind down, swim in the ocean or go hiking. Only downside is the hiking trail right in front with some prying eyes by passing people ;) the bed and couch were a bit worn, but this is probably a question of taste. We highly recommend the place!

What a beautiful place at sea! We enjoyed every minute of it! The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you need! The ocean view is simply gorgeous! Communication with the host was good and quick. The apartment is also within walking distance of a the cute Canyelles bay with its beach and its nice restaurants (10 minutes walk along the nice ocean path). We have quite a big car, and the way to the parking is narrow, but when carefully driven you can manage. I would definitely recommend this nice apartment at sea!
