A short walk from the airport with a nice garden and a parking space.

The comfort of the facilities and the cleanliness is impeccable. The house is close to everything but maintains the tranquility of the neighborhood. The generosity of the hosts makes the difference, from super hearty breakfasts, bicycles available and a refrigerator with drinks and fruit for consumption during the day, among other things. Massimiliano is a very warm and friendly person, always attentive to any questions or needs of his guests. I hope to be able to return to Viareggio and stay there again.

Eufemia is an incredibly kind host. The communication was perfect: responsiveness, good advice, ... Eufemia even accompanied us to the city center and then to the airport because we had an issue with our rental car. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped! The lliterie is cozy 😊 The rusks, jam, and milk for breakfast were a real plus! In short, a home and a host like we love them. Once again, thank you for everything!

Very nice place to stay in the Tuscan region of Italy. The place is at a considerable altitude. View from the kitchen is very nice. The host was always very responsive. We had a very nice stay and I would recommend this place.

Living with family. Base for excursions to Pisa and Lucca. Very polite and polite owners. Clean and comfortable house with a beautiful terrace that in summer certainly becomes the highlight of the property. The very convenient parking space should not be underestimated. Fantastic location. Easy to get to everything Lucca offers. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurant options. Great market steps away from the apartment. Parking was a challenge and we had an issue with a man who had a coffee shop on the corner yelling at us while we unloaded our luggage from the car. Disappointing as we would’ve enjoyed partaking of his shop had he not been so disagreeable. We would still recommend this lodging and would return if the opportunity arose again. Fantastic value 😊

We stayed at Silvia’s place for a couple of weeks for a family holiday with 2 kids and had a very nice stay. Ut was sufficient room for all of us and the kids loved the garden. Very close and easy access to the station with direct link to Florence, pisa and Sienna. Silvia and Lorenzo were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation, attention to detail, located in the central area of Porretta Terme, easily accessible on foot and by car, close to all amenities. The photos and description match the apartment. Host present and very helpful. In the kitchen in addition to the welcome there is tea, coffee, milk, yogurt, cold cuts and a homemade cake that changes every morning. Highly recommended

We stayed 9 days with my daughter and grandchildren , we were very well received by Gabriella, the owner who gave us all the directions on the beautiful and very bright house equipped with everything and full of every comfort and very clean and making us find the pantry full of breakfast products according to our preferences. She is an extraordinary person attentive to everything, making us find in the refrigerator a bottle of prosecco for welcome and other food, never had a welcome so ,the house is very welcoming. It was like living in your home there was nothing missing. Gabriella was always available for any of our questions . I had a great stay here. Paola is friendly and she arranged everything perfect. I can put my drop off my luggage earlier. The apartment is well-organized. Paola also has another apartment in Livorno. I will come back with my family staying in her apartment Pisa or Livorno too. Thank you for her hosting

The reception by Serena was very quick and very warm. She gave an extensive explanation and tour of the large apartment, showed us the kitchen appliances and the bathroom and tips for restaurants. She explained the bikes and about the access to the building and the apartment.

Everything went very well, Giovanni was very kind and so was his wife whom we met at checkout. Very quiet and peaceful area, comfortable bed and spacious rooms.

We had a great time! Not only is the apartment beautiful but Ilaria is very helpful, she met our check-in needs, she recommended activities and restaurants and made us feel really at home. I can only highly recommend this apartment to everyone and surely the next time we come back from Livorno we will come back to you! Thank you!

Laura's apartment is extremely functional and clean, nothing is missing. The bed is super comfortable. We felt right at home. The center is very close and parking at the stadium we arrived in the center in 10 minutes. I highly recommend it for those who want to visit the city and in the meantime stay comfortable and relax. Laura was always kind and helpful, her advice was very useful. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay with Adam. Everything was taken care of by the host to the last detail. It is a beautiful house with nicely decorated, comfortable rooms. This is where truly Tuscan elements come back. In the morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast outside in the garden! In any case, we found a wonderful address for when we go back to Tuscany 👌🏼

We had a very nice stay with Dawn! We were very well received, it is a very nice quiet place. The house is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The contact with Dawn was very nice, she takes good care of her guests. There was always something freshly baked and we also got all kinds of things for breakfast. Since it is at the top of the mountain, having a car is an advantage. The road to get there is good and largely new. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended

We had an amazing couple of days here and can absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone. Francesca was so welcoming and kind and gave us lots of wonderful ideas and options about what to do and eat in San Gimignano. She is the best hostess I've ever had and really goes the extra mile to make you happy and satisfied. We were served a tasty breakfast both mornings and enjoyed it a lot together with the breathtaking views from the garden. If we visit San Gimignano again we'll definitely stay with Francesca and Mauro again. Thank you so much for giving us a wonderful experience! 💕

George is a kind and helpful person, he assisted us from the first minute we arrived in his accommodation. He accompanied us everywhere and explained the history and peculiarities of the city. Staying at George's is like staying at home, his place is a small oasis in the middle of other buildings. Super recommended!!

My husband and I stayed for two nights, I wish it could have been more. This place is just perfect. The room was comfortable and clean. The bedding incredibly soft and well maintained. Truly the bed was amazing, so comfortable. We set out on the balcony, enjoyed a glass of wine and red our books, it was perfect. The breakfasts were tasty and thoughtful. The attention to detail that the hosts provide is extraordinary. We truly loved our stay and will suggest it for our friends and family when they visit Lucca.

We were in Cecina for a few days and had a good time at Benedetta's. We spontaneously arrived earlier and were then allowed to check in with self check-in - it was no problem at all. All the rooms were very clean and everything was furnished with attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and we got great tips on what we could do (even without a car). The other guests were also really nice. Thanks for the stay!!

For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!
