Located 20 minutes from Downtown Denver, 5 minutes to South Pearl Street and the Denver University neighborhood, and 20 minutes from Red Rocks. Approx 40 minutes from DIA.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

We are also easy drives to many of the area's wedding venues. 20 minute drive/ 25 minute light-rail ride to downtown Denver and 25 min. drive to Red Rocks theater.

Come and go as you please and park your car in front of our house or in front of the mailbox. House is on a cul-de-sac, so low traffic. Driveway parking negotiable.
