Super good host, he was always attentive and supporting me with any questions or needs. It is a very quiet and private space, as shown in the photographs. In addition, the area is also quiet and the location is great, you have the UNF very close, as well as the Town Center

I had a last minute visit to see my daughter, son in law and grandsons and needed a place quickly. Maria went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute reservation. She responded to my needs very quickly. Her place was so lovely and clean. I can't wait for my next visit and I will definitely be staying at her place each time. Thanks Maria you are a true gem!!!

Excellent place for me and my family. I have a 9 and a 12 year-old kids. We had a great time fishing rode our wave runners. Miss Janice was super friendly and we will stay there again in the near future if it’s available.

We stayed at Charisse's place for a month. It was just as described. Comfortable with everything we needed. The complex was clean and quiet. There are golf courses close by and great outside pickleball courts. We enjoyed touring arnd going to Amelia Island and also St.Augustine. We ate out a few times but mostly ate at home. Handy to hv a BBQ. TV options were great with streaming sites available. Charisse was very prompt in replying or fixing any issues that arose. Thanks for your hospitality.
