We offer a 750sf open concept apartment which is modern, airy, and extremely clean above our detached garage. It is secluded but close to the main Parks Highway. Walls of windows provide spectacular sunrise, sunset or star viewing. On a clear night, look for the Aurora Borealis, our famed Northern Lights. We have a large parking area for a boat or trailer and live in the main house year around.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

Simple Alaskan Beauty Cabin

A "Tiny Cabin", there is 1 full bed. No sleeper sofa. The kitchen counters are refurbished old barn doors, the long wall is pallet wood, the wood floors have been torched and sealed for a rustic look. The cabin is 12x20, perfect for two guests and a small child can sleep on the loveseat (not a pullout) There is one full bed in the cabin. It is a dry cabin, (no ability to shower) We do provide a counter top water system (5 gallon jugs) to freshen up and bottled water in the refrigerator.

This is an efficiency unit in a 4plex, queen size bed, 12 foot ceiling, shower stall, internet, desk and chair, coffee center, not a kitchen, small fridge and microwave . It is on the ground level. We are close to town, 30 minutes from Hatchers pass, lots of hiking, golf 5 minutes away, local breweries. We work hard to give a safe clean environment to stay so please no smoking or pets. (At this time late check out or early check in is not available sorry for any inconvenience

True cabin style living with a queen bed in the bedroom, a full bed in the loft area, and a queen-size pull-out bed (the most supportive, and comfortable you've ever slept on) on the main floor. Close to the Wasilla Airport, Menard Sports Center and Parks Hwy, perfect for all the tournaments and shows at the Menard. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Daniel’s place had an amazing lakeside view and the house was fully stocked with anything you needed. Even had the opportunity to use the kayaks with life jackets from the garage. Would most definitely stay again. Friend left her camera behind after check out and he was very quick to respond and help us with recovering it. Great stay!

We had a wonderful time. What a beautiful lake and a wonderful hot tub! The cabin was so homey and had everything we needed. We enjoyed building a fire in the stove and watching movies while overlooking a beautiful lake. We would recommend this cabin and Shanna was very helpful!

10/10 stay at Brad’s home! Beautiful surroundings and home. Looked just like the photos and we appreciated having all of the amenities listed out. Wonderful and proactive communication by Brad and the Hatcher Pass area is stunning. We were sad we only had only had one night in this area. There were so many kind little touches including a hand written note and snacks when we walked in along with bathroom amenities that most airbnbs don’t have. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rene’s place. It is a sweet little cabin that is comfortable and secluded.
