Vacation rentals with a pool in Little River

This place has everything you would want for entertainment. The spa was extra nice because it heated fast and had a great atmosphere. Plenty of spaces for everyone and games to play. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. TVs everywhere. Host was super responsive. Probably the best host from all my times renting a home.

This place was just as shown in the pictures. Very clean upon arrival. Everything listed was there. One block from the beach was a very easy walk. They had beach chairs, boogie boards and a wagon to carry it which was very helpful with 7 teenagers. So close to everything with just a short walk or drive. George and his wife were very prompt in messages and extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this lovely house and would stay here again!

Place was nice. Walking distance from the beach but we rented the golf cart provided with house for extra fee. Golf cart was super nice, big, and great. Also free Parking right at the beach. House did have a few small issues which can happen with renters but nothing major and people were very responsive with all issues. This includes a storm came and took down part of the fence first night we were there and they had someone out next morning to fix it. Also previous renters forgot to leave golf cart key. Surprisingly Someone was out with a spare key only 15 mins after I messaged about it. We were pleased with the stay. New pool is great and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the really responsive owners and property management.

The pictures does no justice. An amazingly beautiful home. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. James was very tentative in responding to our questions. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Lisa is very responsive as a host, I did not have any problem checking in and checking out, her instructions are very clear. The unit looked exactly like the photos and very clean, We have enjoyed our stay in this private neigborhood. Thank you Lisa!

Was a wonderful home. Loved the location was so close to barefoot landing. Would definitely come back again! Two pools were super nice. Easy drive to the beach. Only complaint was the WiFi was so slow there is no way anyone would be able to work remotely.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, wonderful amenities, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet SO conveniently close to main street and the short walk to the beach! The Pool, hot tub, and corn hole was a huge hit with my group! Our host, Terra, was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and clearly committed to providing a great experience. Check-in was seamless, and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We even had some trouble with the hot tub and Terra so kindly (and quickly) helped us get it working! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for such a memorable and comfortable stay!

this was my family’s second time staying in chad’s condo - which says enough in itself - we loved it so much the first time, we booked it again! it has the perfect location! a short easy walk to the beach, steps away from fishing, and a quick drive into town for dinner or shopping. (we spent toooo long in the IGA that’s nearby. literally the biggest coolest grocery store i’ve ever been in.) one afternoon we had an issue with our door code not working. Chad was super responsive and we were back inside in minutes, before i ever had time to start stressing. only thing to be mindful of when staying here- there’s no elevator, and you’re on the 4th floor. so rather than packing one big suitcase, pack smaller, lighter bags, so you don’t kill yourself lugging it up and down the stairs. we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time, Stevens place was exactly as described. He did communicate ahead of time regarding some maintenance work and offered a discount for the inconvenience. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you again Steven!

We loved our stay at The Oceans. The building was quiet and family friendly. The oceanfront condo was ideal and there are several restaurants in walking distance. Karen was always quick to respond and helpful. We will be back!

Anne is a wonderful host and has a lovely place. My girls loved staying there and did not want to leave. It had everything you would need and more!!! Didn’t have to worry about anything if we did forget it because she probably had it there for you! We loved the location and her binder was very informative and had great recommendations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we arrived the place was just as pictured and it was very clean. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. We absolutely love the beach and having a balcony that overlooks the ocean was just what we needed. Travis was very nice and messaged several times about issues he was told by previous guest but we had no issues and no complaints. We’ve made many memories during this our stay and absolutely recommend others to stay here. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Travis!

I had such a pleasant stay. Shankar was so accommodating and answered any questions I had immediately. The apartment was beautiful and looks just as described. highly recommend.

Loved our stay here! Spent just under a week and have virtually no complaints. I love the location of the hotel, it’s right at the end of the strip which made the little corner seem so much more quiet. Lovely location, would definitely return. Only “notes” - a few damaged places were around the unit just as normal wear and tear nothing major. I also believe I read in the description “bathtub” but there is only a shower…which is all that is pictured so totally fine as well. Just note there is no tub if you have younger kiddos. They also have a large amount of towels in comparison to my other stays and that was really nice to have since there isn’t in unit laundry. Overall a very nice place!! Enjoyed every minute

It worked great for our needs for the weekend

Totally more than I expected - the view/rooms/balcony …. We could of stayed there our whole stay - skip the sight seeing! We opted to spend a little more instead of hotel - SO GLAD we did …. This has been the most relaxing vaca I’ve ever had!

The Cherry Grove condo is a home away from home. The condo itself is beautiful, the design and decor was astonishing. We really enjoyed our selves beyond anything we could have ever imagined. The location itself is in a very quiet and friendly oceanfront beach community. The Host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top notch. My family will be back, for sure. The Cherry Grove Condo is a must stay when you come to the beach. Thanks again for everything.

This unit was perfect for our group. There is plenty of room for everyone. The large balcony with a great view of the beach was a perfect place for the kids to eat dinner each night and play games. The unit was clean upon arrival and well-stocked with items needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
