This 650 sq ft, one bedroom condo is situated right in the heart of Cherry Grove, just steps from groceries, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! No need to crank the car once you arrive! Our tiny quiet community will make you feel right at home and offers a cozy place to relax! Choose from one of two balconies for lounging and enjoy the ocean views or take a dip in the community pool!

3rd Floor, 1 bedrm/bath Condo, 5 min walk to beach

1 bdrm unit has a full bed & a queen sofa bed. The bathroom has a hi rise toilet, shower/tub combo & washing machine/dryer combo. The kitchen has a stove/oven combo, toaster oven, microwave, keuring, dishwasher & refrigerator. Outside you can enjoy the pool, hot tub & grilling station or relax on the screened in porch overlooking the pond. Our clean cozy condo is 2 blocks (less than 5 min walk) from the ocean & is near grocery stores, restuarants, shopping & entertainment. Top floor, no elevator

Shopping….Five docks/spectacular sunsets. Must be 25 yrs old to rent. A two person maximum including adults, children, and infants. NO SMOKING in unit or outside, by HOA.

Come and enjoy our newly completely renovated 1Br condo unit! Located in between the Cherry Grove Beach and the Water Way. This is a great 4th floor unit and its just steps from the public beach. The beach is huge and it has plenty of room for our beach chairs and umbrellas! If the beach isn't for you enjoy sitting around the oversized pool. Perfect for couples or a small family! Come and enjoy our little cozy condo!

Charming waterfront private entrance 1 bedroom apartment. Just a block and a half from the beach, and right on the water! Feel free to use the tiki bar and deck and hot tub. Use of bikes, kayaks and soft top surfboards available upon request. We live upstairs and may be able to provide a free surf lesson when we are free The home is 1.5 blocks away from the ocean. Pets are welcome with owner permission and a $25/pet fee
