Differently a great place to stay. If I go back for a quick weekend for sure will get it again.

everything was great. enjoyed my stay. one of the best experiences I have had staying out of town for work.

Everything was great regarding Susana’s place. It was clean, quiet, and meticulously maintained. She was very responsive and respectful in her communications. The only minor downside to her place is that there are no windows, so there is no natural light. Overall, I would recommend her place.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing. Short, easy drive to local beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed everything about it. Mike was quick to respond when we had questions. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive and relaxing get away!

Joe made us feel welcome right away and they responded to everyone of our needs in a timely manner. We’ve never been there before and they helped us navigate our way to the destinations. Great for a large family with a very well equipped kitchen. There were nice sized TVs for rainy daysand quick access to all the stores we need to get to. We loved every minute and appreciated our Host being so friendly. Great for a long stay!

My husband and I spent a week at Christopher's property celebrating our 50th Anniversary. when we arrived at the house, Christopher had decorated the it for our 50th anniversary. It was very thoughtful, sweet and unexpected. The house was very comfortable and homey and decorated very nicely. The backyard was our own little personal oasis which we enjoyed every morning with our cup of coffee. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. If we get to return to florida, we will no doubt be staying again at his residence. Thank you so much Christopher, You helped this old couple have a fantastic vacation and feel young again. 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The family-friendly amenities made things so easy, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. We'd definitely stay again!

The pictures are a true representation of the place. Joseph went the extra mile to make the place as comfortable as possible. He covered all of the details. Plenty of pillows and towels. Our goal was to explore the area for future winters. This place is centrally located and was a good spot for us to stay a few nights.

Home was well stocked with essentials & had very peaceful & beautiful surroundings. I tried to make it a point to watch the sunset every night as its really something to watch from the screened in sunroom. If your into the outdoors you can sit on the new dock & occasionally see some gators. Felt like home for our 3 month stay :)

well worth what was paid! cute home with comfortable hot tub and outdoor shower. two rooms with two living areas dining are and spacious kitchen. washer and dryer was a plus. very peaceful, even with an occupied RV on property. host was super responsive, will totally book again if we ended up at ft Myers for another event!

We would book again without hesitation. Very clean and well appointed home in a good location for our to/from Boca Grande during our stay. Home is exactly has pictured and described. Pool and jacuzzi were great and heated to perfection making it a great way to end a long day at the beach! And although we didn’t use the kitchen to its fullest, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more well stocked kitchen at an AirBnB, it had everything and then some for long stays with multiple people. Amy’s place was super clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the marina and loved to listen to the live music from Cass Cay restaurant. We were thrilled to find beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella and even a yoga mat! It was a great stay overall. Thank you Amy!

This place was exactly as described. It's always refreshing when you enter your Airbnb and it is exactly like the pictures and extremely clean. On top of that,it was very well organized. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back again soon.

Had a nice time, the sunny weather cooperating of course helped. The condo was clean and as described. Paul was very responsive on the few times I contacted him.

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

Perfect stay for my family! It had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs, mats & cooler made our beach days more enjoyable. Washer and dryer worked great and kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t have time to use the paddleboard but it’s an awesome bonus. We would definitely stay again!
