Wonderful condominium with excellent pools. Lots of privacy and security in a huge area. Super well located just a few minutes away from downtown and the beaches. The apartment is very comfortable and practical. I highly recommend

The stay with Dani went far beyond our expectations. The place is super organized and cozy, with a perfect location to enjoy the center of Pipa on foot. Dani was super friendly and helpful, keeping in constant contact with us, an example of a host. The only point of attention is parking for those who drive. We were able to park on the street, but it was low season. When the city is full, it must be a much more complicated task. In any case, there is a paid parking lot nearby, but it should also be full depending on the time of year. It will definitely be our first choice whenever we think about going back to Pipa!

It was a peaceful, safe, and comfortable stay. Without a doubt, I would stay again and recommend it. And for those who seek practicality, the location of the flat is a strong point ( close to everything).

We had a fantastic stay at Alexa! The place was spotless, very well-maintained, and perfectly located—just a short 10-minute walk (or less) to Praia do Amor, and close to the downtown center with easy access to all the bars and restaurants. The area felt safe and vibrant, ideal for both relaxing and exploring. The host was incredibly responsive—Arlindo was always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. Super recommended, and we definitely hope to stay here again on our next trip!

Simply great! The accommodation is very beautiful and cozy, the condominium is very green, with many trees and plants that make it very cool in the heat. The rooms of the apartment are very well organized and decorated, providing comfort. The entire kitchen and bathroom with functional items and without problems. Very clean environment. The pools and hot tub are great too. Very quiet place. I recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back more often.

The home was as advertised and I didn't get any unexpected surprises. The apartment is inside Pipa's Bay Apartments and, therefore, there was a 24-hour reception. I was able to leave the car in the garage, but the key had to stay at the front desk. I didn't have to drive away since I was already in the center, with nearby restaurants and the tours I booked went to pick me up on the spot.

The accommodation was as expected. It was in perfect condition. The kitchen has the essentials. Very nice pool, well maintained, nice place. Good attitude from the host and the security staff at the entrance to the condominium. The only thing is that if you're from Argentina, there's no kettle to heat water, but it's not a problem. I recommend it a hundred percent!

We spent a few great days in the house das vieiras, Junior was very nice and very willing to help us with whatever we needed. I 100% recommend the place, the house is better than described, the staff of Junior, Angela who took care of the grooming and Neity (cook) are very nice and do an incredible job. Thank you very much for everything!

The house is exactly as described on Airbnb: beautiful, comfortable, practical, indoor and outdoor furniture, comfortable, excellent pool and the perfect size for small children and parents, barbecue with skewers and grills, very good internet, kitchen with everything you need, very nice and good dishes, enough bed linen and towels and the location of the house leaves you a few steps from the sand of Barra do Cunhau and its pools that form and lets you have a lot of fun.

Simply amazing! Ozemar made an extremely cozy space, thought to the smallest details. Full of plants, warm lighting, a spectacular view and plenty of privacy! The kitchen is super functional, it has everything necessary. It was difficult to leave! We'll be back!

It has far exceeded our expectations. Super gentle and helpful hosts, the venue does not have performances, even though it has numerous beaches, among other attractions to do in the region, just staying in the space enjoying the leisure area was already wonderful, it rained a little during our stay, but even that didn't get in the way. The condominium is wonderful, with an amazing pool of heated water. We decided to use the barbecue on short notice and the hosts were very quick and gentle in booking the space for us. the house is comfortable and the kitchen has the necessary equipment. I recommend it!
