Beautiful environment, comfortable accommodations, rooms with air-conditioning working perfectly, sheets, pillows and towels available in each room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. The only thing that was disappointing was the jacuzzi that didn't work, the bathroom shower that wouldn't stop dripping, the intercom that didn't work and the handrail of the stairs that gives access to the jacuzzi was broken.

Extremely nice place, very clean and comfortable. The condominium is great and the location too, near the center of Pipa, for those who have some kind of reduced mobility, be careful because to get to and from the center there is a good climb. Rogerio is extremely attentive, we loved the space and we recommend it a lot!!!

Everything 100%, everything above the expected, cleaning, location, attention from start to finish, the house is has everything the listing says and more a little, super safe condominium, very attentive host, my children loved the pool, not to mention that for those who have small children can be carefree!

Extremely spacious and cozy place! Super close to downtown, you just need to go down and up a slope. Extremely quiet environment, top leisure area! I believe that the elderly and disabled will have difficulties accessing it. But other than that, I recommend it 100%

To date, it was the best place I stayed in Pipa, close to the great attractions of Pipa such as Beaches and the Greek village, the center of Pipa. The house is wonderful, amazing pool, there is a supermarket 4 minutes walk away. There is everything and normal price, cash-and-carry father and son. The house has everything a kitchen needs, you. Electronics, dishes, pots… if you want to save money, you can buy groceries and cook at home. I'll definitely be back later this year. Thanks to the couple who own the place. Everything is very easy and practical. For those who have never been to Pipa, everything is very close.

I spent an amazing weekend at Mr. Antônio! The accommodation was simply perfect, very well cared for, comfortable and cosy. Every detail was designed to provide a pleasant stay. I do not know where to begin the report of my stay. The house is just perfect. Smell sheets, bath towels, pool towels. The details of the decoration are of a whim, of a zeal that you are even afraid to play rs The kitchenware is beautiful, including some of the kite pieces, manufactured there (I found the store and I went to buy hahaha) Important carry repellent and take care of the monkeys who visit the house in the morning looking for food. The house is in front of a hotel, we even had lunch there one day and we love it. I recommend it! The centrinho is around 1,300 km for a super quiet walk and any taxi ride is 30.00 (tabulated price). Anyway, you would stay here for hours reporting every detail. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy this cute house again. Great location, I already knew the region, it's close to everything. Next to the beach, restaurants, snack bars, you do practically everything on foot, within a radius of 1 km you have it all!! About Flat: spacious apt, powerful shower. Pool leisure area very good!! You can see a good part of the beach. In the building itself is possible to have coffee and lunch, there is an option right in front of the condominium.

For those who have access to the village of Pipa without needing to use a car, all accessible by pe, excellent hotel structure, with very good breakfast, with a fair price even for those who are not using the hotel.

We arrived in the house , made the confirmation at the entrance and received identification bracelets. There was parking (uncovered) but with plenty of space the house was clean and tidy . Wi fi works well , great pillows and beds , bathrooms shower with high pressure. Overall the experience was very good, there were mosquitoes, but in the house we then lit the citronella candles available and it improved a lot. Air conditioning in all rooms works well and quiet.

Very pleasant, quiet, with easy access to locomotion. When you want to shake, you're not far from the centrinho and restaurants. And also perfect for enjoying days of rest in the lodging.
