Mto Boa Estadia. Location close to the center, although you need to walk about 10 minutes to get there. My car does not fit in the garage to park inside; small car may be able to, SUV up, no. How wonderful this place! The house finds itself in a very natural condominium that looks like a tropical jungle, which made the climate always more pleasant than the heat in the center of Pipa. The decoration of the house is in very good taste, made with a lot of love. All imaginable utensils were available. Tatiana and Daiana gave us a wonderful reception and told us how to invite the little monkeys (Sagui) to our veranda. We love to feed them banana and observe them. Every day a large family visited us (without entering the house). A hummingbird also came every day to visit. In the very hot hours of the day we refreshed ourselves in the pool in the condominium, which had shade. What wonderful vacancies! Paradise looked like! We want to return!!! Thank you very much Fernanda for renting this place so special and Tatiana and Daiana for us to receive and make it so beautiful and clean!

We had an excellent stay at this fantastic apartment. It’s huge and has plenty of space for everyone. Loved the rooftop for ocean views and reading time. Beds are great and bathrooms very good too. Everything you need in the kitchen too. The location is perfect. So easy to walk everywhere in glorious Pipa. Alain looked after us so well and we will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in this house! As a large family (5 adults and 3 children), we are always looking for a place that offers plenty of space and comfort, and this house was a wonder (view, pool, space, etc.). The kitchen is very well-equipped and we did a barbecue. The house has old wooden furniture, which gives a unique charm, but it also has a strong smell inside the drawers. Marilia was super helpful and always available. The location was perfect, quiet and walking about 15 min (with child) we were in Pipa's little center.

Very good, the owners were very attentive, the house is wide, beautiful and clean! Casa Júnior was extremely helpful with my family!

We really enjoyed our time in the house. The space is comfortable and there's everything you need. It's very spacious and quiet considering it's just a few minutes walking from the city centre. The residential community feels very safe and nice. The bed was a queen size although it was listed as king, but the host explained that he could not change it in the Airbnb description. I was really happy to work from the desk and the wifi worked perfectly. Note that there's no AC / fan in the main living space, which is separated from the bedroom space, so it can get quite hot during the day if you're spending time there.
