hello. Elara was very kind from the beginning and offered us everything we needed for a great stay. If you are looking to be close to downtown and do everything on foot (beaches, restaurants, shops) the location is ideal. Very nice view from balcony view All of 10!

Firstly, I would like to thank Viviane immensely for the attention...cordiality and agility to meet all the demands and doubts we had. the place is incredible pity that we were short of time and could not enjoy everything that the condominium provides...an amazing pool...what a pleasant place. The location is perfect...you can go to the center and the downtown beach on foot. Near restaurants...commerce...all very close. We will definitely return to this paradise....

The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Claudia and James were extremely attentive from the start, presenting everything with affection and always being available. The room was impeccable: smelling, with a delicious diffuser, very tasteful decoration, extremely comfortable bed, sheets and pillows of great quality. All thought out in the smallest detail. The bathroom was also super organized, with bathrobe, toiletries, air conditioning, TV with Netflix… a real care for wellness. The pool area is wonderful, always tasty water, ambient music, beautiful bar and a jacuzzi with views of the river and sunsets. Breakfast is a separate detail: personalized, served at the door of the room at the chosen time, fresh and full of whim. We loved the stay, I would definitely come back.

Aspectos Positivo Excellent service: Attentive and friendly staff, always ready to help. were so kind that we left a tip. Impeccable breakfast: Delicious and above expectations. Great location: Near downtown Pipa, easy access to walking distance. Excellent cost-benefit: Great structure and service for the price. Comfort in the rooms: Comfortable beds, dark and air-conditioned rooms. Negative Aspects The lack of clear guidance over the closed door at night caused discomfort. Pool: It could be cleaner; cloudy water and waste have discouraged use. Overall, the stay was great, with service, comfort and cost-effectiveness as highlights. Small adjustments would make the perfect experience!

Very charming house, yields beautiful photos, cool and exotic bathroom! But the difference was the backyard, as I went with my two big-sized dogs and they were happy and safe by the lawn in the shade of the trees while I enjoyed the walks, I still sent a message to Dona Du (very dear) to know if they were okay, and she promptly sent me photos and videos! I just had a hard time finding the house, because the day I was one of the streets that gave access was under construction and I arrived at night, but the host was super helpful and solved everything! I loved the experience!

Great location, very quiet environment, quiet and beautiful environment Access to the beaches by car only, but very close (wood, timbal, kite). The internet was a bit intermittent but no big deal. Very good breakfast. Very thoughtful and super helpful staff. Highly recommend!!!!

Ideal apartment for those who want to make the center of Pipa on foot. Mega differential have an on-site parking, but prepare to be approached by 300 people until you get there, don't stop. The location on the map takes you to the street next door, needing to return for 15 minutes by car because it is opposite, this needs to be corrected. The resort is very beach and nothing luxury, it has everything you need to relax and the opportunity to have coffee (30 reais) there right next to the terrace pool. Gostei a lot :) Elara is an excellent host, it treated us well and helped us find some tours, it has several contacts and is super responsive. It would return for sure

House super clean, tidy, everything as advertised. Perfect location, close to several places, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, restaurants. Easy to access. Nelzila, was super attentive and communicative. Loved the stay. Christmas is a city with lots of places to visit. I'll be back.

This was my third family trip to the state of Rio Grande do Norte and every time we went, it was definitely the best! Super well received, great location, cleanliness, comfort. The breakfast and the afternoon tea/afternoon coffee always made with great affection and love. The super receptive couple, leaving us at will during the stay, the Dalmatian Jolie completed with a golden key! Marisia's apartment is as shown in the photos. Although we did not meet personally, she was present via WA every day; a problem arose and when I communicated it to her, she acted immediately. Both the apartment and Marisia's service are totally recommended.

It's a great place, but it's pricy. It has a great location, mini markets nearby, a beachfront, and amazing staff. They don’t have room service, but they have water, soft drinks, and beer to sell. 24/7 doorman service is included. The only downside is that the side doors don't open, and the balcony gets very hot during summer.
