Loft vacation rentals in Litoral Sul

It was truly a delight to spend a few days so close to the sea in Pipa, when we arrived at the site we almost did not believe we are so close to the beach.

You're all set! Whenever we needed Camila, she would serve us with promptness and warmth. The apartment is well equipped, well decorated and very clean. The condominium is very nice. Hiking with a few hillsides to the center, but nothing that would hinder the stay. I felt safe.

In general, the accommodation was very good and we were very well received by Vicente and Mariza! Only one point of improvement would be the shots of one of the guest rooms in which they are not embedded in the walls and it is liable to someone to be shocked. In the others it was very good the hosting. Thank you for your welcome!

Everything was excellent, Camila was very attentive! The complex where the apartment is located is more than quiet and a beautiful place to rest, the apartment has everything you need for a nice stay!

We were made to feel very welcome! The house conveys a feeling of peace, very good to rest, is beautiful, charming and cozy and all well equipped. The pool area is wonderful and has parking spaces. We took our beloved puppy, because in the space there was a private area (garden) to leave it without bothering other guests. We love, recommend, and will come back more often!

The space really was very quiet , there was no better option for the calm we were in need.

Alex’s attention to detail, responsiveness to guests’ needs, friendliness and genuine care make him among the best hosts on Airbnb. He immediately works to make sure guests arrive from the airport safely. I recommend using Brazilian Uber to arrive (it’s significantly cheaper than taxi). Locals have the app and they can prearrange trips- just pay cash on arrival. Alex offers convenient additional services for a fee. Some may find food/water delivery, and cleaning service helpful. There are local markets that have food and water available for purchase at a lesser rate. Alex designed his kitchen perfectly! Ended up cooking most meals with a breeze! If you can, walk to Pipa! It’s an absolutely gorgeous walk with breathtaking views along the shoreline. If you would like to keep your stay private without the host entering your unit, make sure to turn off your air conditioning unit and fan. It can be easy to forget to do. Fernandina and Alex are wonderful hosts! Chico is adorable!!🐾

The apartment is clean, cute and comfortable. Location 10 note, one minute walk to the main street. Rua Bem vi te is very quiet, there are no bars very close to the apartment, that is, no noise disturbed our rest. It is on the ground floor, which helped with the bags. It also has a tank and clothes to the back. Air conditioning very well and has a tbm fan. Super indico.

Erik is a very solicited and kind host. The Sublime Village is a very beautiful and cozy place, the only counter is that it is far from the center of Pipa for those on foot, and the night is strange. Ideal for those who are motorized or by bike. In addition, highly recommend the stay!
