The flat is located in the Falésias de Pipa residential development, a place on the edge of the Cacimbinhas Beach cliff. The residential development has a large swimming pool in the center, great for adults and children overlooking the sea. We are a 2-minute drive from downtown Tibau do Sul and 5 minutes from Pipa beach, close to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.
